Maybe she changed her attitude because of what she saw you in. The clothes. She might think you're just one of those anime fans who doesn't grow up and are obsess with naruto. You see.. some girls doesn't care about anime, they know nothing about it until they see it. Or she might think you're too much of a kid cuz of the shirt.
Well then again, girls shows different emotions/attitude to hide their own identity.

All I can say is don't change a thing. Maybe just wear the shirt a little less often. Besides, (No offense) it's only a cartoon, and you can't let something like that get in the way of your relationship. But you can't just put on a false front either.
