Marni and Mag is one of the most popular shipping in the fandom, next to Grilo and Pavigi. I tend to think they had something more going on myself for the simple fact that a whore plus a blind woman seems like a very odd "just friends" scenario, but since either side is neither denied or confirmed, anything is possible.
On an unrelated note, there is a small snip it that was taken out of ZA that suggests there really is a Grilo pairing going on. XD

during the movie after you get the "two lovers Marni and Rotti" and the "Two lovers Marni and Nathan" I was half expecting it to come up "two lovers Marni and Mag" when it got to that back story comic thing.

If you ever go to a shadowcast performance where callbacks are a stable, you will get at least half the audience shouting out "Two lovers: Marni and Mag" in at least one or two places during the comics. XD

There was probably one night. You know Mag was probably feeling quite down because some guy dumped her or something and Marni just wanted to make her friend "feel better". Wink Wink. Then they kept it a secret and never really mentioned it again, though they would act quite intimate a lot of the time....
AND GRILO IS ONE OF THE WORST PAIRINGS EVER!!! Just because GraveRobber touched Shilo a bit (Damn that sounded wrong...) doesn't mean that they're suddenly a couple!! Sorry that was mean but that gets annoying....

I like Grilo.
But that's me.
I think people like to pair them not just because he "touched her a bit" but because he always seemed to turn up at the right time.
Plus that deleted scene.
Oooooh that deleted scene.
I don't particularly like Graverobber/Amber because Amber is a slurry burger and will probably jump the next Z dealer with bits between their legs if he wasn't available.

I see your point on Grilo... but still they have a more older brother/mentor sort of relationship, rather than a "Hey! Wink wink" relationship. And in Needle Through A Bug, he's just trying to be persuasive and get her to do what he needs her to do. It's all an act, GraveRobber isn't serious about anyone. Even if he did do something with Shilo, it wouldn't be from the heart or mean anything. At the most I think he's a little struck by her innocence and ignorance of the horrific world around her.

Fan pairings are fan pairings are fan pairings. People will make what they want to make out of anything. You can't stop people from having different thoughts and interpretations of a scene.

But yeah, Marni went after everyone else...why not Mag, too? Mag was her defenseless blind BFF for years.

Yes, like someone said, (feel too lazy to go back a page and find out their username. sorry. x.x) Pavigi, Grilo, and Magni are popular couples....Odd enough, I've seen Notti (wtf?!) had fandom too. I'm more of a Ambathan and Shathan fan, but that's just me.
Magni is possible, but I never really thought of the idea until this thread.

I could see it happening, and they were awfully close. Plus if the entire crowd shouts "Mag and Marni; two lovers" there's got to be something there.
Regardless of whether it's a legit pairing or not, I do love it so.

Lol. Notti. That pairing is terrifying. I'm guilty of enjoying the fandom that is Pavigi. Amblo's interesting. Grilo makes me go "NO. /<" GraveRobber really is a mentor type as previously mentioned.
Mag and Marni probably did get it on. Bow chika wao wao. I wouldn't be surprised if Mag and Marni experimented with each other.
