Michael laughed at Sachi's comment. "I'm surprised he hasn't hurt himself," He joked, lying next to him. When he questioned about Death, Michael let out a small sigh and shook his head. "Not a chance. I don't think I've ever seen him smile. And I've honestly never had a good conversation with him, but I've certainly tried," He explained with a roll of his eyes. Death was born bad, Michael could tell. He doubted there was a traumatic experience when he was young or anything, he was just always a jerk.
Alice giggled at Milo. He was so adorable when he was nervous! It took him a while to get her meaning, but eventually he did. When he tripped over himself, Alice couldn't help but snicker. He tried to recover, but he still looked silly. Trying to make him feel better, Alice rubbed up against him, purring. "You're the cutest thing, Lo-Lo," She cooed, using her special nickname for him, "Don't ever change." She smiled as the two headed into the trees.
Emerald grinned back at him, very subtly batting her eyelashes. Oh it was fun toying with gullible men like him. But something seemed off with him... like his attention was elsewhere. Emerald didn't like being second best, so she tried to smoothly slide out from his grip. Hearing a stern voice, Emerald turned to Cailan. She had almost forgotten about him! She smiled at his comment. "Thank-you for trying to protect me, but I can handle myself," She said sweetly, trying not to offend him. Not being able to take it any more, Blaze quickly squeezed in between Emerald and Schneizel. "Back off, Romeo."

Sachi doesn't talk to anyone but Dainashi though she will hiss at others though if she thinks they are too close to her when she is alone. She just nods as she heads to the river with Dainashi and Current
Dainashi with Sachi looks at Current "Awesome." She starts to walk to the river asthey get there Sachi starts to wash her as she is half way in the water. She gives this in awe look. "hmm the water goods great"
Nagakura giggles a bit as she looks at Mankei "Thank you. You are pretty cute yourself." She looks back at Trillium as she smiles "Anything else?" she wonders as she asked him.
Saffron semi asleep listing to the others
Kaoru nod's to Michael "I think Death might shock you all one day. Though I am not sure if I would like to be around then." he points out a bit as he smirks.

Current padded alongside the two ladies, settling himself on the bank when they reached the river again. "It is nice tonight. Very cool, I might take another dip so Dainashi can paint me again." He chuckled, grinning.

Sachi just continues to wash Dainashi trying to figure out if she wants to talk to Current or not. He seems nice enough though. "I am Sachi. It means Wish."
Dainashi getting washed off looks at Current. "That would be super fun." She points out as she smiles. She is having fun on this night with painting and meeting new people.

The anger vanished from Cailan's eyes at Emerald's words, just as fast as it had appeared. He lowered his ears slightly, kind of embarrassed as he realized how much drama was surrounding Emerald. He felt small, just one of many. He didn't say anything, nodding at her weakly with an apologetic smile. But he stiffened once again when Blaze stepped in. Was this trouble? His nose twitched anxiously.
Maneki grinned at Nagakura, slowly swishing the tip of her tail back and forth happily. "Thank you, too!" She seemed kind of taken aback by Trillium's response to the question. Curious now, she wanted in on the conversation. She started nervously, "W-why do you like to battle -Trillium? I don't understand why anyone would like to fight..."

Trillium's attention turned to Maneki when she agreed with his comment. Then Nagakura complimented Maneki... was this a common social behavior? He put it in his memory banks for later. When she asked him if there was anything else he enjoyed, he had to really think about it. "Assessment complete: N-no... I.. I enjoy participating in battle," He said, repeating his statement before because he was confused. When Maneki asked him why, he noted her nervous tone. "Battle is the only time someone shows their true soul," He explained to her. Battle was Trillium's lie detector, in simple terms.
Milo smiled weakly when she laughed at him, because he knew it was all good fun. Hearing her use his nickname, Milo blushed, nuzzling up close to her as they walked through the flora. "Only for you, Lilly," He purred back with a dorky smile. "Alright I won't... if you promise not to as well," He negotiated with a poke of his tongue.
Skittles glared angrily at Emerald. He was hoping she hadn't noticed the little ordeal. Watching the weird wish that flirted with him curl up around Emerald, Skittles rolled his eyes. No doubt Emerald was loving the attention. But then Cailan yelled at Schneizel, and Blaze got all angry. Skittles laughed and sneered at Emerald, "Keep your fanboys in check, Emma." Turning to DC, Skittles smiled weakly and nodded. "Yeah, I agree... These guys are a little off," He said with a sigh, leading her towards the river.

"Nice to meet you Sachi, my name is Current. Like the one in the river." Current stood and gave a sort of half bow for Sachi before jumping into the river himself. He swam around for a little while to remove the paint before returning to his company. "It is nice tonight, such good company too."
The blue male smiled, starting to swim slow lazy circles around Dainashi and Sachi.

Michael looked down at Kaoru curiously. 'What does he mean by that?' He thought, his eyes narrowing. But before he could question the Wish, Drake walked over, clean from the paint he had been playing in. "Did I miss much? I just quickly went to the river to wash myself off," He explained with a smile. Michael grinned at him and shook his head. "Nah, I'd say all you've missed is flirting," He said with a roll of his eyes. He looked over at Nagakura, Maneki and Trillium, then to Milo and Alice who walked into the forest, to DC and Skittles walking off together, and finally to the ever-present circle of boys around Emerald.
Alice giggled at Milo. He was so cute and helpless, he always had been. But now that they were both grown up, she knew he had gotten better... slightly. She stayed close to him as they walked, continuing to nuzzle him. At his request, Alice chuckled slightly. "Anything for you, love," She said with a smile. "Hey hunny, do you remember the day we met?" She asked, laughing lightly at the memories.
Emerald glared angrily at Blaze. Why did he always have to butt in like that? She could look after herself. Looking over at Cailan, Emerald frowned. He looked... sad. Was it because of all the boys around her? 'Out of all these men, he seems the best.' She thought with a smile, slyly walking over to him. "Hey, it's getting a little crowded around here... want to go for a walk?" She offered with a sincere smile.

Maneki nodded her head slowly. "You'd have to know how to read people really well to say that." She still didn't really understand it, but she wasn't going to push on the matter. Her eyes shifted to the scenery behind Trillium, her gaze growing distant as she pondered it. I wonder how... Would it be how much your opponent talked? What they said? ...The split-second decisions they made? She exhaled audibly, deciding that she'd have to think about it later.
DC padded alongside Skittles. She was a little curious, Skittles seemed to know Emerald well enough, for seeming to dislike her so much. When they were out of earshot from the rest of the group, she asked, trying her best not to sound judgmental, "Why do you call her by the same nickname her friends do?"
Cailan could have been a puddle on the ground, once more melting over the fact that Emerald was singling him out. He stood a little taller, maybe not even on purpose, but he exuded his new found confidence. He swayed his tail smoothly and gave her his best charming smile, replying, "I would love to, Emerald." He pondered leading the way, but decided she might appreciate making the choices. He sidestepped slightly and offered her the lead with a gesture of his paw. "Ladies first..?"

Trillium stared hard at Maneki. "People pour their true souls into how they move and strike in battle," He explained knowingly, "Every action can be read." Trillium guessed that his 'skill' was both a natural talent and something he perfected through experience. "Eager Request: Would you like to battle?" He asked Maneki, his voice still robot-like, but something in his eyes showed excitement.
Skittles smiled to DC weakly as they walked, before looking ahead. As they neared the river Skittles slowed down slightly. Hearing DC ask a question, Skittles sighed slightly. He paused before answering, "Because my group are close to her's, so when she joined them, she was considered as much family as the others." That wasn't the whole story, and DC probably suspected that, but he didn't want to explain it unless she asked further. Dipping his head into the river, he quickly jumped back. It was freezing!
Milo smiled weakly at Alice. He was so lucky to have gotten such an amazing girl! "How could I forget?" He said with a chuckle, thinking back to that day that seemed so long ago, "You were the most.. extraordinary girl I had ever met. You still are." Turning to Alice, he was about to lick her fondly on the cheek when he heard rustling nearby. Eyes widened, Milo turned towards the noise. Seeing a ram trudge out with a kit attached to his back and one padding alongside him, Milo chuckled. "Kids wouldn't sleep?" He asked, but Titan just grunted which Milo assumed was a 'yes'.

Maneki blinked wide-eyed at Trillium. She was a little startled by his request, but she wasn't offended. Laughing nervously, she nodded eagerly as she replied, "Oh, I suppose I could try! I have never really participated in a battle before." She stood up and padded over so she was a few feet away from Trilluim, widening her stance and wiggling her rump, preparing to defend herself.
Over by the river, DC nodded at Skittles' reply. "Oh, I see." She was fairly satisfied with the answer, she didn't really want to pry herself into his whole life story, after all. Giggling as Skittles jumped, she dipped her own nose into the water to take a sip. "Brrr, that is cold!" Grinning, she shut her eyes tight and quickly thrust one of her paws into the water to splash them both.

Blaze glared angrily at Emerald when she said she wanted to go for a walk with Cailin. Why would she choose a stranger over him? His stare of daggers turned to Schneizel. "This is all your fault, jerk!" He hissed angrily. Staring bitterly at Cailin, Blaze's eyes narrowed. 'What does he have that I don't? I'm more handsome, surely.' He thought in confusion. What could Emerald possibly see in him?
Alice blushed at Milo's compliments. "I thought you were a stick in the mud at first," She teased with a smirk, "But that was only the first surprise I got from you, eh? Finding out that you're actually fun." She could tell Milo was about to lick her when Titan showed up. Smiling, she was about to say hello to him when she spotted the children. Scrunching up her nose in disgust, Alice looked at Milo. 'I hate kids.. They're so messy and annoying and loud.' She thought bitterly. And yet Milo wanted them to have some! It would never happen.
Emerald looked at Skittles angrily when he mocked her. "I remember when you were one of my fanboys, Tilly," She tormented under her breath. Turning back to Cailin, she giggled as his whole stance changed when she spoke to him individually. She had to admit she had to fight back a blush when he put on his smile, though. 'He's quite the charmer..' She thought with a smirk. When he offered for her to go first, she nodded appreciatively, and started to head in no particular direction.
