UFC 117: Silva vs Sonnen

So what do you guys think ... what are your predictions ...

Oh and what do you guys think of the match-up between Anderson Silva and Chael Sonnen ...?

Igotta side with what Vitor Belfort's camp is saying in that Silva will take it, Sonnen is a boring fighter who most likely won't even be able to put Silva on the mat, while Silva will keep on being a knockout king.

UFC 117: Silva vs Sonnen
Preliminary card
Welterweight bout: Ben Saunders > Dennis Hallman
Heavyweight bout: Stefan Struve > Christian Morecraft
Welterweight bout: Johny Hendricks > Charlie Brenneman
Light Heavyweight bout: Tim Boetsch > Todd Brown
Light Heavyweight bout: Phil Davis > Rodney Wallace
Welterweight bout: Dustin Hazelett > Rick Story

Main card
Heavyweight bout: Roy Nelson > Junior dos Santos
Though everyone is choosing dos Santos to win (and this is understandable) ... I believe that Roy Nelson's well-roundedness (pun intended) will care him through this fight ...
Welterweight bout: Matt Hughes < Ricardo Almeida
This is no doubt a fight that Almeida wants to win ... seeing that Hughes beat Almeida's teacher: Renzo Gracie ... and I believe Almeida has the tools to do it ... his jiu-jitsu is really good and his striking is very crisp ...
Lightweight bout: Clay Guida > Rafael dos Anjos
Clay Guida is simply a wildman ... he takes people down ... and beats the hell out of them ... but since he moved camps to Greg Jackson's ... he has shown great improvement in his overall game ... which he will no show against dos Anjos
Welterweight bout: Jon Fitch > Thiago Alves
Jon Fitch has been much busier and much more well rounded ... and there are a lot of things that are on Alves's mind: weight, that whole brain scan thing, and the fact that he was beat by Fitch before ...
Middleweight Championship bout: Anderson Silva (c) - Chael Sonnen
I can't really choose someone for this fight ... I see it going one of two ways ... we will see a very pissed off Anderson Silva come in and blast Chael Sonnen and knock him out cold ... or we will see Sonnen get the takedown and keep dominant position ...
