xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx✖ ████ ████ ████ Tsuii fluttered about, weaving through the trees in the forest. Every few hundred feet she'd stop and smile at some of the birds, or stop and tell a flower that it was pretty. Then she'd get up and flitter around again. Where she was going, she didn't know. But it didn't really matter. As long as she got to fly around, and she got to see all the pretty flowers along the way. And it wouldn't hurt if she made a friend or two with the birds or with another wish. But she knew some were jealous because she could fly. She didn't let it get to her though. She never let anything bring her down. Smiling up at the sun, she landed on her feet and looked at the flowers. "You all are so pretty! I wish I was a pretty flower like you!" she said, sounding a little more than ridiculous. She didn't care though. Seeing a bird walk up, she smiled at it and crouched down to its' level. "And you look so nice! I bet you're nice. It's nice to say nice things to nice people." she told the bird, who most likely did not understand. Then again, half of the wishes didn't understand what she said most of the time. Another thing she didn't let bother her.

It was anything but a simple, ordinary day for Matrix, who kept on twitching as he walked along the path. He had just woken up inside that cave, then felt oppressed by too much rock. It had been dimming his thinking... He could think now that it wasn't scrambling his thoughts. My name is Matrix. I am an adult, a feline wish, with a black-and-green coat and human runes all over me. I have pale green eyes, twitch my left ear too much when I'm tired, and love the taste of catnip. I am safe as long as the rocks are gone, and the wily, beautiful wishes that want to take advantage of me are far, far away.
His soothing mental mantra done, he sat down in the thin stand of trees, jumping as a branch cracked and fell off the tree next to him. "Ahh!" His startled cry was paired with a leap to the side, as the tree limb fell harmlessly to his left. "Missed me again, you fiendish conifers!" He bragged, stepping away from the trees. It's not safe in the trees, it's not safe with the rocks. They wish to bide their time against us, and rule the earth at our downfall. But they'll never get me... "I'll go walk on the beach and see how YOU LIKE IT! He didn't realize he had started speaking out loud as he made his way to the safe, cool lake, surrounded by an expanse of white sand. He didn't realize just how visible he was- glossy green-black on white, and if he had, he would have been cowering.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx✖ ████ ████ ████ Tsuii continued her fluttering. "Tsuii tsuii~ Dragon with wings, flutterby butterflies!" she sing-songed, giggling. She was a very simple wish. Easily amused, eager to please and kind to all. She very much enjoyed flying with her lovely black wings, and she even helped a friend of hers, Nazrio, try and learn to fly once. Very helpful, she was the picture of innocence and naivety. Not that it bothered her. Rarely, something could bother her. Although at night she was slightly different, she enjoyed hunting by night, so she was a bit more calculating. At night was when she grew more of her brain. She smiled and hummed to herself as she fluttered about. Then she heard a voice, not too far away. "A wish! A wish! Maybe friendly, hopefully nice." she said, smiling but kept fluttering on. That is, until she caught the tip of one of her wings on a tree branch. She soon tumbled with a yelp and fell to the ground, only to fall into the path of whatever wish she had heard earlier. "Ouchie!" she said, sounding much like a child. She sat up and waited for her vision to focus again. then she smiled at the sky, looking at the flowers before her. "Pretty pretty flowers. See how you grow? All in a row towards the sun!" she said happily, not yet seeing Matrix.

"Yeah? Yeah? How do you like that, filthy mind-foggers?!" he shouted at the nearby formation of boulders and larger stones. "You can't stop me from figuring you out! Can't get me! I've got you figured out, you evil conniving wish-squishers..." His mutterings grew more and more inane as he quieted down, curling up to walk the greenery, to make sure the trees weren't trying to creep up on him. He walked along the edge of the water once he was comfortable with the distance of his life-long adversaries. He looked at the crystalline water, the slow-moving currents, perfect for catching fish in.

Tsuii sat in front of the flowers, sniffing each of them in turn with a smile. "My my! You smell pretty like you look." she said, feeling the need to vocalize her thoughts of the flowers. Then she looked up and over at the water near her. That was when she saw the other wish. Not a faerie dragon like her, not even a dragon. Just a normal wish. But that was okay! She fluttered over to the dark colored wish and smiled, at him brightly, trying to be friendly. "Hi there! I'm Tsuii, faerie dragon wish! Nice to meet you. Your markings are very pretty. Oh! Where are my manners? Silly me. Silly Tsuii!" she said, giggling as she semi-scolded herself. She sat next to him and laid on her belly, peeking out from under her wings, like she was playing peek-a-boo. "What's your name kitty wish?" she said, giggling again, sounding very much like a toddler.

The black and green wish jolted slightly to the side as a brightly-colored something flew right up to him. The fish he had been regarding swam away as he was caught unawares, until the formerly-airborne wish leapt into a verbal tirade he had a little trouble following the logic to. "... Hi." He paused for a moment, with a lack of something to say. His train of thought led him to something, though, a familiar word-path to follow as he . "Hello. My name is Matrix. I am an adult, a feline wish, with a black-and-green coat and human runes all over me. I have pale green eyes-" ...Delete. Delete. Abort. "... that can see treachery from a mile away," he finished shortly.

The black winged dragon smiled. "Nice to meet you Matrix! What are runes? They look very nice on your pelt!" she said, laughing and sitting next to him. Then she looked a little confused. "Treachery...That's like, bad things right? Like lying and telling fibs?" she asked, tilting her head as she thought. "Tsuii doesn't lie. I like making friends! Would you be my friend?" she asked, smiling sweetly at him. "You look like you'd be a good friend. And I like being friends with others. Makes me feel wark and fuzzy inside."

Matrix blinked in shock as he regarded the wish. Doesn't seem the shrewdest... "Well, runes are a kind of ordered drawing system the humans use to talk without using words. They can leave them somewhere, like claw marks, and the message will stay there for as long as the runes do. They can be reordered into nonsense... it's some sort of strange code." He let his gaze run the length of the vibrantly-colored dragoness, and then flicked his tail in approval. "Treachery isn't just lying... some people don't mind lying. It's more like... well, breaking someone's trust and hurting them, when you thought they were a friend. I'm not friends with too many people because they always end up hurting my feelings somehow..." he let the line trail off thoughtfully. She seemed kind and genuine, without the capacity in her littlest bones to cook up a scheme or betray him for his strange words. "But you, I can tell that there's not a drop of treacherous blood in your black and white and pink body." He purred contentedly. "I'll be your friend."

Tsuii frowned. "Treachery is mean, then! Mean things are bad. My friends tell me things like that. They call it teasing me. It's not very nice but they're my friends, and I don't want to loose them." she said her words softly, being as kind and innocent as ever. She frowned again. "I'm sorry that you don't have many friends. Friends are kind and caring and fun to be around, but if they hurt you like that, it's not very nice. So I guess not having many friends is how you stay un-hurt." she smiled softly, then her wings fluttered excitedly. "Oh yay! I do so love making new friends, and I promise I won't hurt you. I don't think I could." she said with an innocent little giggle. Then her happiness being too much to bear, she hopped up into the air and flew around in little circles, smiling and giggling. Looking down at him, she remembered he couldn't fly like she could and she hover ear him. "Would you like to fly?"

The wish seemed to pale underneath his dark fur, and everything bristled up a little in fear. "F-f-f-f-fly? But I can't fly! I don't even have a b-b-butterfly to help me for when I fall off of tall things!" He looked fretfully around. "If... if we could find me a butterfly... maybe we could try?"

Tsuii frowned a little when the wish paled and bristled with fear. Gently, she landed before him and gave an encouraging smile. "Silly, Matrix! I can hold you and we'll fly together! I helped one of my other friends fly like that before and I didn't drop him. Nope not one bit!" said the kind little dragon with a smile. "Buuuuutt I won't make you fly if you don't want to. I don't like being forced to do things, so it only makes sense that others don't like it either." she smiled again at him. "Ooh~ Butterflies are so pretty!! I do love them. I wish I had one as a friend, but they don't talk much, you know."

Matrix shook a little as he regarded the dragoness in front of him. "Uhmm... butterflies don't need to talk. They just have to... to keep you from falling." The wish looked downright fearful as he turned to regard the expanse of green growth at the sand's edge. "We need to find one... because I wanna try flying with you. Maybe just once..." Never ever even once without one.

Tsuii nodded. "Okay~kay! I'd love for you to try flying with me so I'll find you one!" said the dragoness in an excited tone. She fluttered not too far away, just into the trees and spotted one. Giving a happy shrill, she flew after it, but it fluttered away. "Oh no, oh no! Come back pretty butterfly!" she called out to it before catching up, only to had realized that it sent her in a circle, and she had caught the butterfly (very gently of course) just as she reached Matrix again. "Lookie lookie Matrix! I found one for you" she said with a warm, bright smile. She was extremely proud of herself and extremely happy to think that he would fly with her now. The butterfly fluttered over and landed in front of Matrix.
