Trecia was just about crying on the inside. Today was a HORRIBLE first day! The tottering old guy that was the astronomy teacher didn't even know WHAT he was talking about! Trecia had to correct him several times, and he couldn't even answer a simple question as to why some stars are red, and some are blue. He had simply said that it's cause some were older. Come on, it's not like it's hard to explain that the color is related to the temperature of the stars! Red stars are the coolest, blues are the hottest!
She stopped in the hall and sighed, leaning her head against a locker. A whole semester of assisting this old guy. Oh god, and this was just day one! But at least the school day was over...

"That old coot doesn't know what he's talking about!" Tre half whined. She stood up, her back still towards the kid who approached her. She needed a moment to collect herself so she seemed like a professional. "The astronomy teacher here is an idiot." She said calmly before turning around to look at the guy. "But other then that, nothing's wrong."

-> 1. Console. 2. Kick her away from MY locker. 3. Stick it in.
"Awe, well....most of the teachers here are like that anyway. A lot of the students are deadbeats so they just don't really care," he said in an almost believably saddened tone. But he smiled sweetly to her. "Don't let it get to you, you can either give up and become like them or get right back on the horse!" he said enthusiastically. Yes, he was doing good at this whole cheerup thing, but only because around the school he wanted to maintain the image of cutie pie in the public eye.

She nodded. "That figures. Kind of sucks though. Can't get any REAL education if they're just filling your heads with dreck." She threw her hands into the air and stepped a couple paces away from the locker. "If the schools are going to have shitty teachers, they can at least know what they're teaching." She put her palm to her face and sighed. "Sorry. I'm being kind of dramatic about this."

"Well ya can't expect that much, I mean....this is a school with a bunch of students that just don't care, I mean half the teachers come in here bright eyed and bushy tailed and then realize that no one really wants them here...can't blame 'em for being so crushed," he said, maintaining that sympathetic tone. Stephan broadened into a heart-warming smile reserved for when he needed someone to do something (Like get the ******** away from his locker). "Don't worry! Tomorrows a new day!"
There, would that be the pep talk she needed to hear? Hell, he sure hoped so. He didn't want to play babysitter to some woman who couldn't just suck it up. s**t happened! Why the hell was she crying over it?

"Tich. You're right. But I swear to god if he's like this next time I'm here, I'm punching him in the balls and teaching the damn class myself." She nodded firmly. "Thanks Uh... I have no idea who you are."

He chuckled softly. "That wouldn't look too good in front of the class," he said gently. He really had a talent, his eyes shone with a happy inflection that just screamed he was a happy and cheerful individual. Even if he wasn't....but she didn't need to know that.
"I'm Stephan....and that's my locker," he said in a slightly teasing tone as he pointed to the locker she'd been head butting. "You'll need to practice remembering student's names if you wanna be a teacher," he said, still smiling sweetly at her.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to assault your locker." She laughed, waving it off. She was looking him over now, and he kinda looked a little familiar. "Mmm, yeah I know. Though I'm only here 2 days a week right now. So it'll take me a while. And while I know punching out a teacher wouldn't fly with the school board, god help you if you're a student being a dipshit in my class." She laughed some.

Stephan chuckled softly. "Hey, everyone has bad days," he said in a reassuring tone. Now kindly get the ******** away from my locker. Didn't she realize he had things to do? He wanted to grab his s**t, leave, then hang out with his buddies and cute his way into getting them to offer him dinner. Neither his mother nor father were ever home and he'd successfully avoided ever having to cook himself dinner. He could usually pout and bat his eyes saying that he was so useless around the kitchen and people would offer to bring him lunch, and dinner he would just hang out with friends and then sigh sadly and mention he was hungry. Too easy.
"You really shouldn't admit those things to students," he said with a sweet-looking thoughtful gaze.

Tre shrugged, walking away from the locker. "Not like I want to be a teacher. But if I'm gonna be teaching you here, you might as well get the right info." She waved her hand idly. "Make sure you do your homework."

He grunted and rolled his eyes. Okay, enough with the babying the b***h. "Then ******** quit before you're fired," he snapped. He thrust open his locked, stuffed his books in and slammed it closed again. "Listen, no one wants to listen to someone piss and moan about their hard life at WORK. Everyone hates their work. Suck it up and move on."
With that he tossed his backpack over his shoulder and turned on his heels.
