Ok this one is alittle weird, but here it is.
It happens in the probing day episode. Well after the thing explodes and he find the slow motion explosion happening he tries to get rid of it, then he talks to his computer after he analizes it. Well some how he gets the sewer idea and he tells gir to come with him. Now here is where the problem happens. When gir stands up and and salutes you have to look at his eyes. One of his eyes is missing the other one just looks weird.
There you have it another mistakes

I think I noticed that once. But they might have done it on purpose.

Another mistake is that in the 'Voting of the doomed' episode, during the akward scilence part i believe, Zim it out of his disguse for a second

or in the peepi episode Zim's outside when peepi is comming towards his base. One second he's in disguise and the next he's in his irken form

I think I saw one just earlier when I was watching "Dib's Wonderful Life of Doom" (my dvd finally arrived!! mrgreen ). During the sequence where older Dib is walking into the room where Zim is being held in the tube, and Zim looks up, for a second (before the camera zooms in on him) I was sure he had his contact lens in the eye that wasn't covered in tubing, and then when it changed to close up his eye was red.

I love all the little mistakes... and it's not as if the creators are oblivious to them =P Sometimes it costs too much to fix it (especially since they got behind so much after Door to Door), but there is ONE mistake that always annoyed me
In the episode LICE the countess has two helpers, and one of them has his hair like bat ears. And in one scene he walks Dib and Melvin through-out the corridors while Dib looks into all the rooms one after another seeing all kinds of horrible things they're doing to the kids... and in one room is the bat hair guy! D:
