Personality: Tarao is fascinated by the world around her. Constantly coming up with new theories she wants to test, her pursuit of knowledge is the one thing guiding her through life. She gets thrills from discoveries, anticipation out of the unknown and a sense of wonder from her musings.
Though fairly pleasant, she is not always entirely "there", and can become ruthless if you obstruct her experiments. There is nothing she will stop at to find out whatever tidbit of knowledge she needs. However, she is more than willing to share in her explorations.
In conversations, she tends to dominate, rambling on about this-or-that discovery she once made. If you try to get a word in edgewise, she would either completely ignore the speaker or quickly divert the topic back to what she was saying. That's if you get her in a social mood, though. If she is busy planning something, she will most likely completely ignore you, or even snap at you for getting in the way. If caught when musing about the cosmos, not really planning any discoveries, but just pondering quietly to herself, she will still talk to you, but will often zone out to the point where it is futile trying to uphold a conversation.
She has few friends, the one companion she needs is her knowledge. It would take a very special male to catch her attention, and an even more special one to hold it for any long amount of time.
Bio: Born to a family of four, she was the eldest cub of the two. Even at a very young age, she constantly asked many questions that irritated her parents to no end. Her first word, in fact, was "why?". Constantly veering away from them, always doing her own thing whenever she wanted, she slowly grew distant from them. Until she was an older teenager of course. Her family was part of a pride, and they had one strict condition: one you were deemed "mature", the elders of the pride would pair you off with a suitable male. Many were presented to her, but she showed no interest in any. Distraught by their carefree daughter, her parents confronted her and tried to force her to join with one particularly fine male. She refused, and that night sneaked away and was never seen again. Since then, she has continued her pursuit of knowledge, and lives life how she pleases. She was never close to her family, and rarely ever thinks about them, they are nothing to her.
