I can't go to bed at night without putting all my jewlery on the window sill because when the aliens come thats the only thing that will make them go away. sweatdrop

I used to suffer from paranoia. I thought everyone was watching me. I saw connections in things that no one else saw. When it got really bad, I was sent to the hospital. I thought Stalin and Hitler were outside trying to get me. I had this weird idea that when I moved my right or left hand, it meant something. I thought thugs and gangsters and cult leaders were going to kill my mom and I. *sigh*
I'm glad I'm on meds now.

Ive been having a relapse of paranoid thoughts lately, anyone who drives downthe street i get so nervous, i feel like the nieghbor is spying on me, and ihave been having issues with my inlaws... im probly just crazy but i feel like they are watching me for a signal that iv gone to far so they can get jason to commitme and take sean..im so nervous Someones gonna take my baby away..i dunno why, i feel like m a horrible mom but evryone selse just the opisite and if you say..ok what horrible things you do? i couldnt give you an answer but i just Kjnow they are trying to take him away, especially when i have to meet with my social worker for disability. she asks to many questions. And the Dr's office keeps calling cuz i miss my appointments but it doesnt feel right, i dont trust them.

If I walk into my house and an exterior door is unlocked, it's reason enough for me to grab a small club and perform a Metal Gear Solid-style Clearing on the entire house.
I believe I've eliminated... a stuffed bear, my brother's Scout uniform, and my backpack. Yeah.
I'm still under the impression that if you work with computers in your shorts and nothing else, you can't shock the parts. I have a small grounded knob on the corner of my desk that I touch to make sure I don't have any static on me, even if I hadn't touched anything else.
I still think that every conversation is about me...

i think your tips are very helpful because it most of it is true...i get parinoid of shadows thinking someone is following me.. and yes i think by avoiding certain lighting ... it would help... hmm strange really...
