NCPC (NonCanon Player Character) Rules
NCPC's need to be accepted by a Flock Leader before they can be RPed within the guild
NCPC's and Quests can be the one and the same -- if they are to be treated as an NCPC while waiting to get made officially, they need to have a PROFILE rather then a quest page, however.
NCPC's are not canon by soquili law, but are considered semi-canon in the guild, and may be mentioned by harpies in Soquili canon RP's, or used as part of backstories. Just because it doesn't happen in Soquili, doesn't mean it doesn't happen in the flock
