Bio/ History:
Chelsey taught herself magic after her parents were killed. She became stronger and never stop training until she was in serious pain. She knew her power was dangerous. Acid, able to eat through mostly anything. She limited using her magic but every now and then she uses it to help. Other than that, she's pretty close to people in town, just because they're helping her out and their pretty reliable. She hasn't stepped foot in Fairy Tail in awhile and decided she would come back just for the heck of it.
