I want to find a lot more like those, but I can't, in any way.

Yeah, I'd say look for general kawaii tags- you might have some luck in Shojo also, since that's all geared towards tween girls and there's a lot of romance a brewin' there. Not sure you'd find that particular art style, though.

You could also surf Pixiv. It's all in OMFGMOONSPEAK but there's a lot of cute stuff there and you can get super lucky on tag searches sometimes. I found all of the Basara characters drawn as Llamas the other day.
