"That sounds wonderful! Then mom won't have to cook." She blinked, then smiled sheepishly. "I'm supposed to always have cookies or milk on hand, just in case I want some. Apparently, if I don't, something bad might happen." Pursing her lips, she stood, shifting thoughtfully. "It's sorta weird, when you think about it. Same with the hair clause - I'm supposed to have my hair brushed thoroughly every day."

Kat grinned. "Oh, I didn't think her brownies were that bad, but I suppose cookies are another matter." Hm? Something bad? Kat couldn't think of what would happen if one did not have cookies on hand, but perhaps her physiology was different. Or perhaps it was a curse of some sort, if they were clauses. One could never rule out improbable causes in Gaia. She didn't persue the matter, though she was quite curious, as evident by her expression. Besides, it seemed that even she herself didn't know what would happen.
While thinking all this, she carefully tore off a length of tinfoil, making sure she didn't nick herself like last time. Then she slipped the tinfoil under the plate, removed the plate, and folded the edges over the squishy mound.
"Ah, here you are!" Kat said, presenting the tin mass to Sileust like the gift it was. "If Aubri ever wants the recipe, I can drop it off or mail it sometime, hm?"

"Okay!" she chirped, taking the platter and standing up. "Just remember to bring him by regularly for lessons... and that's about it, I think!"

"Lessons... got it! Thanks for bringing Tark by, Sileust. It made my day," Kat said, and her face seemed to show it. Besides, she hadn't been up for long, anyway.
"Feel free to come back anytime. Just call first if you want any cookies so I know to make some more," she laughed. "Bye!"

"Bye!" She waved and skipped out the door, plate of cookies now in her brownie basket, both baskets held tightly.
