Journal Rules

[SOE Mule]

1. A journal is required.
Upon your obtainment of a seedling a journal is set up for you within twenty four hours by one of the staff members. Once your journal has been deemed finished, you may begain using your journal to record your progression at Sanctum of Enfaya. While not required, using your journal allows your seedling to progress to the next stage, and it gives the staff and yourself a record of your participation in Sanctum.

2. All the proper forms must be used when compiling your journal.
The staff has created forms to keep your journal organized, such as guardian, character, and pet forms, so we ask that you use these forms respectfully. These forms are to keep concepts copyrighted to their creators, so any wanted changes must be personal messaged to the mule and confirmed beforehand. You may however, design your journal using creative liberty so the use of custom banners, multi-byte characters, etc is highly welcomed!

3. Keep your journal updated at all times to ensure proper completion.
I cannot express this rule enough, as Sanctum of Enfaya has a small group of staff and our time is limited, updating you journal frequently will keep us sane, and your growings happening in a timely manner.

4. Upon completion please post in the sticked thread titled "New Journal's."
This is to keep our journal list updated and organized to prevent endless searching for journals by the staff. Also this will provide you as well an easy way to acess your others journals without having to search extensively.

5. Journals are not to posted in without prior consent from the journal creator.
Common courtesy should be followed at all times in dealings with other users while visiting Sanctum of Enfaya. This especially inclused posting in others journals without their expressed permission so make sure you ask first!
