I found that to be a highly injustice to her, she should have been supervised anything could have happened to her. Lucky for you I took it upon myself to keep her entertained and out of harms way.

Thalion: ~snorts in disgust~ You honestly believe a patrol could have kept her safe if something would have happened to her? I am not saying the patrols are not competent they are far above that, she is just so small and trusting one of our enemies could have easily tricked her and harmed her and that...that is....well unacceptable I refuse to accept that. Thalion: ~watches as Schuyler runs over to her mother and slowly looks around for her father, feeling lost and unsure of himself he slowly backs away while everyone is focused on Schuyler~

Thalion: ~stops as Schuyler comes to his side standing still shocked that she would disobey her mother to come to him~

"Little one why have you left your mother's side when it was clear that she did not want you to be near me? I do not wish for you to disobey or disrespect your parents. They do not know me and I had just challenged your father they fear for you." he said to her gently. "I do indeed enjoy your company little one but will not allow you to get into trouble for doing so." he chided.

~looking up and over at her mother he met her stare awaiting her response~

Schuyler: "but...but...we still haven't found the flower yet! We have to find the flower!" She looked at her mother guiltily knowing she had disobeyed her. "Mommy, he really is nice. He won't hurt me."

Tashi: Watching the stallion wearily, she wondered how this prickly stallion could have a soft spot for her Sky. "What flower, schuy?" She didn't understand what she was saying.

Schuyler: "When I met Mr. Thalion, he agreed to do a scavenger hunt with me and we were looking for a certain flower, and we still haven't found it!" She looked up at thalion for reassurance. Sky didn't understand why her parents didn't like the mister.

Tashi: pondering things for a moment before she spoke, she concluded, "you may play with, Mr. Thalion, I take it? But on one condition from me. Your father may have others but for now, you have to have one of your brothers with you, be it Tylion or Alkion. I would say your sister but you know how distracted she gets. Do you understand, schuy?" Now she looked to thalion, "I don't know who you are, or where you come from, but thank you for watching over our daughter. Though, if you plan to....play...with her more in the future, I'm sure my mate would agree that we would like to speak and become more acquainted with you."

Schuyler: "Yay!!! Thank you mommy!!!" As she prances in happy circles around thalion.

Thalion: "I fully understand your wariness due to not knowing me and my uhhh reputation precedes me but this I can vow to you, Schuyler is safe with me no harm will come to her as long as she is with me" he said in a respectful yet authoritative tone. "I can not begin to explain how or why I have come to value my time with Schuyler but I have and truth be told it unnerves me to no end. I have pondered why this particular female and the fact she is a foal. I wish I had a answer for both you and me but unfortunately I do not" he said. "As for your mate I assume my challenge will not go un noted as expected but I would like a chance to speak to him in my defense I believe I have a right to that" he said quickly.

~looking down he smiled seeing Schuy prance happily around him~ "Little one you did hear your mother's conditions did you not? I have no objection to one of your brothers watching us as we finish our scavenger hunt hopefully find that flower and you can gift it to your mother if you wish" he said.

Schuyler: "Well...." She stuttered. "They were all busy when I left so I didn't want to bother any of them..." She felt bad about disobeying her mother but she really didn't want to be a bother. "I don't think I will get in trouble Mister Thalion. Should we go find Irish to give her her flowers?" She asked excitedly.

Thalion: "Little one your mother gave you permission to play with me since I am a full grown male azrein but she asked you not to unless one of your brothers accompanied us. I do not like the idea of you disobeying her not only is that wrong but it looks bad on me. I am not worried over what may happen to me its you I worry for. Your mother and father can keep you from being around me and to be honest that hurts me deeply" he said. "I would feel better if your mother knew where you were and if you were allowed to be near me without your brothers or have one of them here now. I am not trying to upset you just keep you safe" he said

Thalion: ~Watching Schuy he did not hear the antlered male he met a few days prior approach until he spoke to Schuy, looking over he watched as the male bowed and waited but did not bow nor speak to him~

Schuyler: "Alki!!" She shouted, using her favorite nickname for him. "See mister Thalion? Alkion's here now so we don't have to worry! What are you doing Alki? Are you not working with daddy?"

Thalion: ~looks over as a male voice is heard~ "We are doing nothing at the moment. I was explaining to Schuy that one of her brothers needed to be with us since it was her mother's wishes. Why? Who are you and your questioning me is not a good way to get in my good graces" he said in a snotty tone.

"Dad is smooching Mum up currently.... I have no idea where Tylion went." Alkion eyes Thalion. "So who are you? Your a big bloke ain't yah?" Alkion had a nearly permanent snide look on his face. Who was this guy with his sister? HIS SISTER!
Alkion gave him a flat look and nuzzled Schuyler. "How are you doing sis?"

Schuyler: "Alkion is my brother Mister." She said happily. "He's only looking out for me." Then noticing the other male azrein that she had seen just the other day. "Hey! You're Mister Hawkeye right?" She asked him.

Thalion: "Yes I am a big bloke as you say. I am Thalion and I have befriended your sister or to say she befriended me. She found me during a relaxing solitude moment I had and interrupted me wanting to play. For some odd reason I was not perturbed by her rather intrigued which to say the least has left me unnerved greatly" he said. "There is no need to be wary of me when it comes to Schuy, I would protect her with my life" he said in a serious tone.

~looking over at Schuy he said "I now realize that little one and I feel better knowing he is here and you are not disobeying your mother" he said.

Schuyler: "Now we can have lots of fun! And Alki can play with us right?" She asked, as she started her trade mark circle running. "OH NO WAIT! We have to find Irish Mister Thalion!"

Alkion looked Thallion in the eye. "Oddly enough, I believe you." he said to the odd looking stallion. He was pleasant enough to look at but he had these odd tiger stripe things that made him think that Thallion was from a ways away on the island. "So where are you from?"

Alkion kicked a pine cone for Schuyler, wondering if she would pick up on the game.

Thalion: "Little one Irish is out enjoying herself she is with Monarch one of her other azrein's she is a caretaker of. Monarch is a bit shy due to having wings and Irish is trying to coax her out to meet others" he said as he watched her run in circles around him.

"I thank you for believing me, I do not have any intentions besides honorable when it comes to Schuy. Your father does not like me very much or that was my impression the one time we met and I ended up challenging him. I was exceedingly angry at the fact that she was allowed to wander off with no adult azrein to watch over her, anything could have happened to her. With the increased activity of the six I was wary to leave her unprotected so I stayed and to my dismay she has been a utter delight to be around which is odd since I loathe foals in general" he said. "I honestly do not recall where I am from I remember being in a heavily watered area as a foal with lots of trees and woods around then I was here and I do not know why" he said. "Does it bother you I play with your sister?" he asked.

Schuyler: *shakes her head* "No I haven't. But you said she has wings. I wish I had wings that way I could fly!" She said as she ran around like she was flying.

Thalion: "She has been sneaking off of late? This is news to me though she does usually find me and wants to play" he said. "I can understand your father being protective of his children but not all father's are like that" he said in a low tone.


~looks over at Schuy~ "Little one have you been sneaking off to play with me?" he asked in a gentle tone as he watched her run around.

Thalion: Pondering why he has not seen Schuyler in awhile, Thalion felt like he was not whole. Not understanding why, he walked around not really with any destination just to walk since he could not stay still. His thoughts kept returning to her brothers words: "She has been sneaking off of late" kept playing over and over in his thoughts. "Why has she been sneaking and why isnt she now?" he thought.

Schuyler: Schuy remembered the last time she had seen Mister Thalion. It was when Alki was there. It seemed like such a long time ago, so long that she couldn't remember most of the day. Today, it seemed like more time had passed than she had thought. Her legs had enlongated, her mane and tale and grew, also her legs werent as wobbly. Since it had been such a long time since she had seen Mister Thalion, she decided to go to the old plain where they had first met

Thalion: Wandering he suddenly found he was in the plain where he was enjoying his solitude when it was interrupted by a wobbly, unsteady foal and he laughed outloud. Wondering why he felt this way he looked around trying to enjoy the beautiful scenery but it failed to soothe Thalion. He usually found peace here but now it brought heartache.

Schuyler: On the opposite side of the plain, she spotted a figure that appeared at the edge. "Could it be?" She whispered to herself. Suddenly, she felt self conscious of her hair and her looks, which was something she never was. Questions swarmed her mind. "What if he doesn't like me now that I'm not a foal? He always said he prefferred to be alone." Taking a calming breath, she took a few steps foward, trying to make herself seen. Sky didn't want to run up to him in case he didn't recognize her and got defensive.

Thalion: Thoughts wandering Thalion suddenly heard a noise and turned to see a lovely azrein approaching. Staring his breath caught in his throat "It can not be, she....she is full grown" he said to hisself. "Schuy is that you?" he called in a slightly rushed tone.

Schuyler: "Yes! Oh Mister Thalion I thought you wouldn't recognize me!" She ran towards him, her long legs carrying her much farther than her foal legs would have in such a quick time. "I-I.." Feeling slightly awkward, she shifted from side to side, not really sure what to say.

Thalion: "You have been gone a very long time little one. I did not know why you have not been around to see me and I though sonething had happened to you" he said quickly. "I now see you have grown up into a beautiful mare. How have you been?" he asked her.

Schuyler: Looking away feeling embarrassed, "I have been well Mister Thalion. It seems as if the time since we last met has been a blur. But what of you Mister?" She asked, still using the name she used to call him as a foal. Schuy wondered if he had finally found a mare to settle down with. She felt upset a little at this but didn't understand why.

Thalion: "I have been a bit unwell little one, other than that I have been doing fine" he said in a quiet tone. "I recall out last vist in vivid detail you do not?" he asked. ~He stood watchng her look off in the other direction anywhere but at him which he didnt understand~

Schuyler: "Actually, unfortunatly I don't. I don't know why I don't really remember our last meeting. All I remember is that Alki was there. Everything else after that is a blurr to me..." She staggered off, taking a minute to look at him in what she hoped was a sly manner. She didn't want him to catch her looking at him. Her feelings made her confused, why did she feel so strange around him?

Thalion: "Yes Alki was there acting like a dutiful brother should with his sister He was wary of me at first but seened to accept our friendship odd it is" he said. "Why are you looking at me like that little one?" he asked. "Is anything wrong?" he asked in a rushed tone. "You can tell e anything no matter what it is" he told her.

Schuyler: Walking around nervously, she tried to comprehend the tightness in her chest. "I don't know Mister Thalion..." Schuy walked over to a patch of flowers, inspecting them absently as she tried to sort through everything. *Mister Thalion seemed like he had missed her, didn't he? He was probably just worried that he had said something to make me disappear. He always was worried for my safety* she thought.

Thalion: ~watching her walk around as if she was nervous caused his heart or what you could call a heart sink and a feeling of dread hit his stomach~ "Little one look at me please?" he said in a beseeching tone. ~he awaited her eyes to reach his~

Schuyler: She turned nervously towards him, raising her eyes to meet his. "Yes Mister Thalion?" She asked shyly, her voice no more than a whisper. Wondering what he would say made her stomach queasy. Although she wanted to look away shyly, she held his gaze, a little nervous and a little with confidence in her eyes as she tried to think positive thoughts

Thalion: "Little one I can not begin to explain how I have felt since you have been gone. I know you were young but you radiated happiness and joy and I felt at peace when you were around when you left it was as if the sun turned off its rays and darkness descended. It felt as if you filled a part of me that I never knew was empty" he said in a soft tone. "Do you understand that?" he asked her in a very unsure and wary tone.

Schuyler: "I think I do know what you mean, Mister Thalion." She held his gaze, wondering how to reply. "I...I know I was just a foal. And I was probably only something to occupy your time. Maybe it felt like I had filled a whole because you know deep down that you want a family of your own?" The hidden meaning of her words were lost somewhere in them. She wondered if he would understand what she was saying. Schuy didn't even know what she was saying, words just seemed to flow out of her mouth. Maybe her sub-consious mind was trying to tell her something, maybe she really did understand her feelings for Mister Thalion.

Thalion: "I will be truthful when you I first encountered you I believed you to be a nuisance nothing else you could have been, but for a reason I can not say you were different than the other foals. Your exuberance, happiness and joy were like nothing I had encountered before. At first I did not want any part of it but you just pushed past the barriers I had erected to keep everyone out" he said. "I still do not understand how or why but I know this these days since you left have been lonely and unbearable" he told her. "Family?" that is the one thing I believed I would never have or never wanted but now it is" he said as he gazed into her eyes.

Schuyler: "You do?" Her eyes wide with shock. "Well, I guess with all the free time you had from not having to baby sit me, you found a nice mare to settle down with." Schuy couldn't even stand to think that maybe he was talking about her. He hadn't even seen her before today as a mare so how could he want that with her? It was now that she looked away, head sagging slightly as if she had found him too late.

Schuyler: "Mister Thalion? What is it? You have not said anything wrong or caused me pain." She asked concerned. Sky took a few tentative steps towards him, her eyes filled with concern wondering what she had said.

Thalion: "I....I just well uhhhhh...." he said in a voice that trailed off. "Uhhhh. I....ahhhhhhh" he tried to say. He began looking around trying to say the words he wanted to but each try his words were uhhhh or ahhhh and it sounded stupid. He swung his head around, gazed at her and trotted over and did something even he didnt expect he nuzzled her.

Schuyler: She stiffened at first, surprised by his touch. Then, realizing what was happening, she nuzzled him back. "I--I didn't think it was possible to feel this way...especially about you Mister Thalion. I mean uh-uhmm, not that someone shouldn't feel that way about you its just that you were my childhood playmate. I didn't think you would feel that way about me." She prattled on nervously

Thalion: ~closing his eyes and enjoying her nuzzle~ "Little one you filled a part of the wretched thing that is a soul. I know you were young but I looked beyond that saw beauty and happiness. Yes at first you were an nuisance but you worked your way in and now I do not want you to leave ever. I had hoped when you grew the feelings would not grow into anything other than the love I felt for you as a foal. I did not want that I wanted you to be loved by an azrein worthy of you not one such as I" he said.

Schuyler: "What are you talking about you silly stalion." Her voice light and whimsicle. "You have always been worthy Mister Thalion. Ever since I met you, you have been looking out for me in any way you could. So don't for a second believe that you are not worthy. I'm so happy to know that my feelings are returned, though I don't think your sould is wretched, which I think I told you something similar to that while I was a foal." She laughed, her eyes filled with tears of joy. "You must know, though, that my parents will most likely not take this well though. Just from your brief experience with them I'm sure you understand." Nuzzling him again, she closed her eyes wondering how so much had changed in such a seemingly short time.

Thalion: ~shocked he opened his eyes to stare at her~ "Silly stallion?" he repeated. "Litle one I believe I to be not worthy of you. How can you believe I to be?" he asked in a shocked tone. "Your parents will be upset to be sure but I did not intend to allow what I felt for you to go beyond that of friendship love but when I turned and saw you trot upon the field I knew there was no way I could deny it" he said.

Schuyler: "Yes, silly stallion." She repeated. "And did I not just explain why you're worthy? You've always been there for me, pretty much babysitting me Mister Thalion. Why can't you see that?" She asked him. "And it doesn't matter what my parents think. They won't separate us." She said romantically

Thalion: "Your opinions of your parents concern ne not, the only opinion that truly natters to me is yours. Do not expect me to change for I have been this way for to long, though anyone who dares try to hurt you will rue the day they were born. I will not tolerate that in any way." he said in a fierce tone. "With you I feel a.....a sense of peace that I have never felt before as if the empty part of my soul has been filled. I always had to not show any feelings at all and when I did I paid dearly for it" he said. "One day I will tell you everything but not now, I do not want anything to spoil this special time" he said in a low voice. ~closing his eyes he savored the feel of her next to hin and sighed~ "And no more Mister Thalion please" he said while nuzzling her.

And I won't let anything happen to you either, though I may not be able to prevent as many things like you but I will always do my best. Schuyler: "I won't change Mist--" Catching herself, she corrected, "Thalion. It will be a pleasure to live alongside you and experience life together. Schuyler: "No, I didn't really have any dreams besides being like my mommy and meeting a handsome stallion, which I can now check off my list." She giggled. "I've always wanted to travel, though. Since my daddy always helps patrol, he's seen a lot of different places. I would like to travel." She concluded. "Though...there is one ofhter thing I have dreamed of. Schuyler: "I would love to travel with you!" She said excitedly and resisted running her signature circles around him. "I've always dreamed of finding a chosen. I've heard about them and how they're allied with the King. But I hear its not something you could force, so I guess I'll just have to wait and see if I am worthy enough." Thalion: "I realize you are right about Irish, she does wear on my nerves horribly but she does care. She always provides whatever I require without having to remind her" he said. "The Isle of Azrein is indeed a large vast area but each area has its own unique quirks and you will enjoy that" he told her. "To be honest I always wanted to travel to the Land of the Elven people, my mother used to tell me stories as a foal to keep me diverted and away from my sire" he said in a flat tone. ~overcome with emotion he nuzzled her for comfort~

Thalion: The Elven people are unlike the hunans you have seen here. They are mysitcal and magical. Their ears are pointed and stick out fron the side of their head and some have green, blue, red, brown and other colored skintones" he said in a awed tone. "Their land is far fron here near the tip of our land in Fresya Woods" he told her. "Love it is a place I would dearly love to visit but our journey will be about you and your discoveries. You have only been an adult azrein for a short tine and I want you to experience everything you can" he said in a loving tone.
