I would allow this as I know my fingers have a problem spelling out words sometimes, or they hit the wrong key. So I could use the help sometimes.
I would also like to use my mod powers for this, because I usually edit pretty well.
But... Tom hates people using the edit button on other people's posts .

yeaaah, I feel like editing for spelling caaaan be more rude/snobby/elitist than helpful, whereas code is like an oopsy daisy that is clearly not done wrong on purpose, so it's more helpful.
