Haki: *Stood nervously before the one stallion that truly stood before him and Heze. His mouth was dry, his heart racing, but he knew he couldn't delay.... get it over with. He told himself.* I ask your help to mate Heze. *Help was the right word right?* [[Help = permission]]

Sonnet: *having been all set to glower just gapes at Haki in disbelief of what he just heard*

Heze: *closes her eyes a moment to stop herself laughing, giving Haki a sweet smile after she opens her eyes, and murmers* Permission... he means permission.

Sonnet: *Still just gapes*

Haki: *Looks over at Heze a moment but repeats the words.* Permission.... *turns back to Sonnet* I say wrong?

Chandra: *Nudges her mate* Remember when you told my Daddy.... *She smiles at him saying no more*

Sonnet: *gives a small nod* Only a little..... *coughing as he tries to make his voie more normal and not so squeaky with disbelief..... Glancing at Chan* Yeah I remember doing it alone, and having a lot more for him to want to kill me over *giving her a disgruntled look, anding up looking younger and adorable than cranky.

Heze: *perks her ears up, not having herd ALL the details of this story*

Chandra: *nipped her manes mane playfully* And so.... *she urged him on before turning her attention to Haki and then to Heze* He is adorable sweetheart. *She chuckles a little* Perhaps you should have helped him prepare what to say.... but well, think of the story you can tell your children one day. *Returns her gaze to Sonnet* If you want to that is.Haki: *Is now rather confused*

Haki: *Wanders over to Heze and whispers* Things ok?

Sonnet: *was giving his mate a glare, though she knew better than to think it was a real glare.

Heze: *smiles at Haki and nods, blushing a little* I'll explain later, I promise.

Chandra: *Chuckles and walks towards Heze* Come on dear... let's leave the men to... talk. *She smiled and turned to give Haki a brief kiss on the cheek*

Haki: *Tries to smile through his confusion... should he say something else? In an effort to make the situation 'better' he found himself saying;* I strong... good stamina... fast... I protect Heze, this I swear.

Sonnet: *still gave his mate a glare only to smile, it was very rare he got mad at her so the glare never worked, he loved her too much... Looking back to Haki and sighing, Nodding his head for the other stallion to follow him*

Heze: *plaes a kiss to Haki's other heek* It will be ok *follwoing after her mother*

Haki: *Looks between Heze, Chandra and Sonnet for a moment before following her father. Not sure what to say he ended up saying.* I make her satisified. *That was the right word right? Wow, this was harder than he had predicted, and suddenly he found himself questioning his grasp on Heze's language.*

Chandra: *Looks over at Heze once the boys were out of hearing range* He is cute. *Chuckles* Don't ever let him go. *She said, a little worried due to everything that had happened lately*

Sonnet: *inwardly cringed but stopped by the water, havign an all new sympathy for Maions plight before, though he could only hope that the nxt news he got today was not one of the girls being pregnant. Looking round at Haki, he managed a smile, though part of him wanted to stomp the stalion stealing his baby girl* You wish to be Heze's mate?

Haki: *He didn't hesitate as he nodded*

Heze: *smiles at her mother* I was not planning to let him go.... but life doesn't always go to plan does it....

Chandra: *Smiles a little sadly at that* No, it doesn't.

Sonnet: *pleased by the lack of hezitation* Do you love Heze?

Heze: *nuzzles her mother and wriggles under her wing. She was much bigger now but she could feel her mothers need sometimes, and she was still one of her babies and so she would at like it regardless of size*

Haki: *Again he didn't hesitate. as he nodde, speaking words in his natuve tongue.* Pamoja na yote kwamba mimi ndiye. (With all that I am) *He knew Sonnet wouldn't understand then, so tried to translate into his language.* All I am.... hers.

Chandra: *Happily wrapped her wings around her daughter* Thank you. *She said softly, knowing that Heze was 'reading' her again, he emotional grid was all over the place at the moment... and while Chandra did her best not to let it affect everyone, sometimes it couldn't be helped.*

Sonnet: *nods, understanding this,sighing and looking over to where Can and Heze were doing what looked like mother daughter bonding, his expression sad for a moment at the thought of her leaving. But looking at Haki, his expression going from sad to serious and a little intimidating* If you ever hurt her....

Heze: *smiles* Never thank me for this mum.... Its my pleasure believe me... we all need a hug sometimes

Haki: *Blinked a few times at Sonnets words.* Why hurt her? *He had misunderstood a little* Never. *He said, the determination at his words shining through his features and with the flex of his front claws.*

Chandra: *Nuzzled her daughter softly and simply enjoyed the added warmth*

Sonnet: *nodded, not addign the 'you better not' as it would be lost on the other stallion. Sighing again. "Heze loves you... You have my blessing *Inlining his head, having nothing against Haki, in fat he rather liked him, though his language issues could cause some interesting developments... but much like Maion had with him, it was hard to wath another leave with something precious to you, even if you liked them*

Heze: *smiles and stays snuggled with her mother, sometimes thinking that her mother needed another munch of baskets, a new start to chase some of the bad away*

Haki: *He whole face lit up. He was pretty sure they were the words he and Heze had been waiting for you. He bowed, stretching his clawed foot towards Sonnet but not touching... never touching...* Thank you. Regret it not. *He said before turning to run to Heze to tell her the good news*

Chandra: *Heard hoof's approaching and turned to see Haki with agrin upon his beak like features.* I feel it is good news. *She said with a chuckle, releasing Heze.* Go to him.

Sonnet: *Breathes a sigh of relief that foals were not mentioned, thinking more highly of Haki now*

Heze: *lifted her head and looked round, grining and giving her mother a deliberately sloppy kiss on the cheek. Grinning like an imp and trotting over to Haki*

Chandra: *Smiles, her eyes following Heze to her 'mate' before they wandered up the path to her own. Without him, she would be die inside... she couldn't put into words how thankful she was that they had decided to work things out, new rules or not, all she wanted was her mate, her family, her herd.... as long as they were safe, she would always be happy.*

Haki: *Bows before his lady.* We are blessed. *He said softly before rising to look at her... yes, she was the most magnificent creature in all the world.*

Sonnet: *looks over at Chandra and smiled, nodding towards their view, the plae the sun went to bed. Smiling wanting some alone time with her, wanting to see her smile again without that sad look in the bak of her eyes*

Chandra: *Trotts over towards her mate, nuzzling him gently.* I love you. *She chirped

Heze: *smiles brightly and gives a little bow of her own, smiling at her unusual but handsom mate... weird... Though not ure what to say, she wanted to nuzzle him and tell him that she was happy and loved him and that she knew her father could not say no.... But she knew parts of that was not his way, so she settled for simple words.* I love you Haki, thank you for making me happy.

Sonnet: *nuzzles Chan* I love you too north star.

Haki: *He gulped, looking over at his 'mate'... wow, it was strange to even think that, who would ever have thought he would get to this point. But there was something more to do... something he knew all too well that he didn't want others witness. Nervously he gulped, even as Heze told him that she loved him, he would say it back... in a moment. But right now, there was something else on his mind.* Follow me... please? *His eyes were pleading, he wouldn't force her, never would he would he force her to follow him.... all Haki wanted was for a slice of privacy.*

Chandra: *Beamed over at Sonnet and snuggled him* You did well, *she teased.* I thought you were going to explode when you messed up the words. *She chuckled, finding it all hillarious*

Heze: *nods not even hezitating, moving to walk with him even as she nodded, she trusted him and if he wished her to follow she would*

Sonnet: *groaned* I thought I was in some weird nightmare... he is learning.... in the far distant future when they have foals *hoping it was the far distant future anyway* he will learn more as they learn to speak.... *shrugging* Hes a good stallion..., odd in more ways than one *smiling* But I think that it will be ok *giving Chan a nudge towards the cliff* You just like wthing me squirm.... evil little minx....

Haki: *Alone Haki felt even more nervous, was he really about to do this? Yes, he thought. This was Heze, of course he was going to do this. Softly, and a little hesitantly he raised his clawed foot towards her, brushing it across her chest... so soft. His eyes followed the path he touched, finding himself mezmorised by the movment. With each heart beat it was suddenly easier. Words escaped him them, scared and old.* Wote kwamba mimi ni wako. Mwili wangu na roho yako kudhibiti. Matumizi yangu kama unataka. Nami kufuata ambapo milele kwenda. Tangu siku hii nje, nitampa unachokigusa. (All that I am is yours. My body and soul yours to control. Use me as you wish. I shall follow you where ever you go. Chandra: *Didn't deny anything Sonnet said. But she rather liked this playful side of him* Of course! That's part of why you picked me. *She nipped him playfully* I keep you on your hooves!

Heze: *eyes going wide as he touhes her, her eyes going to his as he speaks, listening carefully, trying to pik out what she knew of his language. She was still learning and it was slow going. Her eyes meeting his finally, hers full of emotion, knowing how special touh was to him*

Haki: *looked up to see Heze looking at him, he pulled back his touch, wondering if it had somehow upset her.*

Sonnet: *chuckled and gives her a loving lingering kiss* You picked me my north star, I could only hope you would bless me with your love.

Heze: *voice breathy with feeling* I can touh you now? Its ok?

Chandra: *She didn't hesitate as she spoke.* Always.

Haki: *Found himself blushing,even as he nodded.* If you want... yes.
