Ceres made a move that lunged at the boy, even if he had missed hitting Mark she had a duty to protect the sleezeball. Attacking, aka distracting, the enemy was a good way to do that. Revenge was the thought placed there by another but No mercy was his own. This Female hunter stronger or not than him would not get any mercy from him even if he only weakened her. He let loose a few fire bursting bouncy balls in her direction after she'd lunged at him. OOC Seth is targeting Ceres! The hunter lifted a arm when the bouncy balls came her way, grunting softly at the tingling pain that occurred upon explosion. The reaper seemed to be keeping quiet during the attack, she was more than happy to oblige. Sometimes battle did not need chatter, only action. Content the bouncy balls were gone for now, Ceres used that opening to dart in and make a swipe at him with her blade, aiming low. OOC Ceres is targeting Seth! The Hunter's blow had landed hitting it's target and that target had been Seth. Pain lanced up from where the low blow had landed. He'd never felt true pain before. He felt like his knees would buckle if he didn't get a hold of himself. Another low blow though and his knees would buckle and he'd be down and fighting. He dug in his pocket for an item for attack and he came across more bouncy balls that hummed under his touch. His only hope still remained if he could effectively hit his target. Ceres had been waiting for the attack, choosing a moment before they would have hit to duck out of the way. She would not fall for the same trick twice if she could help it. Seth had to find something else to toss out at the hunter she was expecting his bouncy balls now. He dug into his vest pocket and pulled out a pen. It was his spare which meant that it was the enchanted one. Eek Whale pen were always the best. He clicked the pen and a solid stream of ink streamed out forming a thin ink stick slowly solidifying. The only downfall was there size kept them from hold much ink. One the ink settled he held a small ink black wand that held a curious wonder in it. It wouldn't explode cause he wouldn't throw it but it his enchantment had succeeded it would hold a frost ball that would do at least minor damage.
