What are some perks as far as working for Nocturna goes?
Well, there are a few.
- We are a fairly relaxed staff group, unless there is something obviously wrong.
- You keep 75% of payment from everything you colour.
- There is a staff point system to earn yourself free pets.
- You work when you want to aside from events and flatsales. You just have to run it by Julian for the most part that you want to open custom or breeding slots.
- You don't have to design the pets, all pets are inked and sketched by Julian.

I really love the Lines, and I love the fact that Juls is willing to offer KIND critisism... She doesn't just say " NO! Your all wrong" She offers Kind suggestions like "OOOO, That's really good... but try... What has brought you to apply?: I've been looking for somewhere to work (in the B/C) that has humanoid pets rather than the fluffy, four-legged sort, in the hopes of finding somewhere that I can practice and hone my abilities at drawing and/or colouring on the computer, which I always do better when I have good feedback and deadlines and the like, such as with a B/C job. / ramble. I've also seen the shop many times and figured that, while you're hiring is as good a time as any to get involved.
If hired, are you willing to accept tips, constructive criticism and pointers from Julian to improve your work on the shops lines? I love all those things!
Anything else? Since I got linked to the photobucket of linearts, I assumed whatever-choices were okay. I hope. o xo Aaand the second one is very experimentally shaded. The first is more... typical.
