Name: Morgana {F} / Cían {M}

Name Meaning:
Cían: ancient, distant, legendary, amazing
Morgana: circling sea or great brightness

Temper: Bewitching {F} / Charming {M}

Personality: {Will be using Morgana, but since both of them are similar in temperament, the personality could be used for both of them in many ways.}

Morgana is as bewitching as a full moon night: alluring, charming, a beacon in the dark, regal, soothing, a mysteriously lovely enigma.

Having a darker appearance, has not made Morgana into a negative foal, but one who embraces each day and tries to find a silver lining in each cloud. She is proud to embrace the fact that she is different than the rest of the soquili in her mother’s herd; she loves that she shares the appearance of a creature of the night, for when the stars are shining, she feels the most alive. Danger does not scare the filly; she grips the heart pounding, adrenalin pumping scenarios, with glee and is always looking for more ways to defy the definition of what is dangerous.

Herd life has taught the filly many wonderful aspects about life and family, but she feels that there is still more to life than what she has been told. Her ability to flirt with danger and stallions is innate, not something she picked up from those she lives with. Flirting for her is similar to going on an adventure, it gives her a rush and when the stallions begin to follow her around, a sense of accomplishment fills Morgana.

There is more to Morgana than just a pretty face and a flirtatious attitude; she is wily and wry, similar to the vixens that live in the woods. Her mind is like a sponge when it comes to information and she can’t seem to get enough of it, always wanting to know more about each story or lesson that was being told or taught.

Family is important to her, she would cross oceans, scale mountains, fly to the heavens for the ones she loved. She is devoted to them and would not let anyone (besides herself) pick on her siblings or cause them any kind of harm.

Plots:
Mom, Why am I different?: Before Morgana embraces the fact that she is different and should love herself the way she is, she feels uncomfortable in her skin. Why are her and her siblings so dark and twisted? Morgana and Florian have a deep mother daughter conversation.
Protective Older Sister: Morgana comes across someone teasing her siblings about their appearance. Her own worry about what she looks like is forgotten when she goes to face the bully.
The Lure of the Moon: One night Morgana looks up to the heavens and sees the glowing Full Moon above her. She encounters another who was lured by the moon’s glow. Will they become friends or is it only a temporary meeting under the night sky?
Different is Only a Perspective: Morgana encounters another soquili who is shocked by her dark appearance. Will she be able to convince them she is not much different than them?
Flirting with Danger: Countless times the young of the herd have been warned away from this one spot in the woods, Morgana, throwing caution to the wind goes to investigate. Will she be able to convince her siblings to come with? Or does she go alone? What does she find there that the adults do not want them to see?
Herd Talk: Morgana talks with each member of the herd and gets to know her extended family.
Adventuring Away: A restless feeling settles over the mare and she feels like she needs to see more of life than what is contained within the herd. She sets off on an adventure away from the herd, meeting different soquili as she travels.
Twisted as Me: While on her adventures, she encounters other soquili that were blessed by the Halloween Spirit. Are they like her, accepting of who they are or do they believe themselves to be monsters?
The Unexpected Journey: As she travels the lands away from the The Primrose and Hope Herd, Morgana hears a rumor about a dark stallion with six Kalona wings and spider web markings all over his body. Inspiration hits and she goes off in search for the stallion who could be her father, meeting interesting characters along the way that will either imped or benefit her journey.
I am your daughter: Morgana finally finds her father and has a conversation with him. How will the conversation go? Will he accept her as his daughter or send her on her way?
To Love a Flirt: A stallion enters Morgana’s life who is immune to her flirtatious ways, but still finds himself bewitched by the dark mare. Morgana is amazed that the stallion does not follow her around like a love sick puppy and starts to notice the change in her feelings.
We are Family: After all her traveling, Morgana realizes that the one place in the world she wants to be is back with her family in the The Primrose and Hope Herd. She makes her way back to the one family that never strayed far from her heart.

Soquili Slogan: Don't swap soquilis in midstream! Keep Moving Forward!

Prompt Response:
Quote:
The Primrose and Hope Herd has many vibrant, bright colored members whereas you look a tad bit…different. You are a Twisted Tunnel offspring after all. How do you react to looking different? Do you embrace your uniqueness or feel embarrassed?

[Who says that being different is a bad thing? Why must one perspective change the outlook of all others? The silent whispers about her appearance used to weigh heavily upon her heart, she hated the fact that she was different, and not like the others, for how could you fit in, when you stood out like a bat in a sea of butterflies? Morgana had fervently wished that she had the splash of color the rest of the herd had, instead of the dark shadows that made up most of her appearance. Her opinion of herself changed after she had a conversation with her mother, the mare who loved her with her whole heart and soul, despite the shadowy appearance of her daughter. Words of wisdom filled the filly’s ears and she knew what she must do; she had to accept herself for who she was and embrace the fact that she was a daughter of the Night.

Eyes of pale silver gazed at the reflection in the water, when the realization hit, she was beautiful in her own mysterious way. Different did not equal ugly or mean that one should feel ashamed of how they looked. From that day on, Morgana, daughter of the darkness and night, a gift from the spirits of Halloween, accepted her difference and wore it as a shroud. Others began to see her as an enigma, one they tried to explain, but found she was not easily classified into one category or the other.

Morgana loves each and every member of the herd, be they bright or dark, and she does not hold it against them when she catches them staring from the corner of her eye. Yes, she was different, but different was a good thing.]
