Background Information
History: In real life, Karis was the daughter of a wealthy Greek businessman and a famous Japanese cello player. She found out from an early age, that with money, you could do most anything. Got called to the principal’s for vandalizing the school? Send in a big donation, and it was like you never did anything. Give away expensive gifts to earn the friendship of the most popular girls in school? BFFs forever yo. And with that power, Karis was always seen as the perfect child, the innocent one, the one who never did anything wrong. Of course, anyone outside of her family knew that wasn’t the case. She was, to sum it up, a bad girl. Until she met her tutor. The school had found out her grades were slipping, and assigned a student tutor so she could catch up. Except the guy happened to be one of the smartest kids in school, and an avid gamer at that. And so, Karis was introduced to the wonderful world of VR gaming by none other than the guy who was paid to school her. They became fast friends through this new-found hobby, and that’s the thing that started it all.
