    Personality: Hajime is a very stoic, quiet fellow who only speaks when spoken to or when something is worth saying. He appears emotionally detached and resigned, as if he feels a quiet resolve about something that cannot be altered. He sometimes puts a tremendous amount of faith into his instincts and intuitions when dealing with something of a conflict between the inner and outer worlds making him look disorganized. He has an uncanny insight into people and situations. Thus, getting "feelings" about things and intuitively understand them. He is keenly in tune with the way things look, taste, sound, feel and smell. Having a strong aesthetic appreciation for art, and are likely to be artists in some form, he is unusually gifted at creating and composing things which will strongly affect the senses. Hajime holds back his ideas and opinions except from those who he is closest to. He is kind, gentle and sensitive in the dealings of others.
    In general, Hajime and his personalities are very rational and do not see much value in emotions or emotional arguments. Normally, the brain restricts one's power, shutting down muscles in response to pain in order to prevent serious injury; unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on how one sees at it), Hajime doesn't have this limitation, and is capable of using his full strength. Though some people describe it as,'the naturally unlimited form of human strength'. In addition, he can precisely control his movements and muscles, making him unable to be clumsy or fumbling. Due to this, he likes the feeling of pain. But, this leaves him vulnerable to being too excited.

    Sexual Preference: Heterosexual.

    Background: Growing up, life was very challenging for him. Being just a poor kid with his sick mother and little sister, he had no time to make friends or play. He worked at any job he could, and bought food and medicine for his mother and sister. One day, his mother had hid a book for him when he got older and was told to read it. No matter how hard he tried, he couldn't read it since he was illiterate. Searching for help, Hajime had found several people to help him with his reading but; everything came with a price: either sell his mother or little sister, he chose neither.
    Accepting the fact that he couldn't do anything to help his family, he came back and found out that his mother's breathing had changed. Determined to help her, Hajime stayed days beside her in bed without eating, feeding her and his sister. But, this wasn't enough; as a result, his mother slowly died later and all he could do was smile. He was happy that she was gone, being sick, not being able to move and hanging with two kids everyday was stressful; she finally got the rest she needed. Over the years, he taught himself to read and write and eventually got a job, then, earning enough money to send his sister to school. Everything changed when he saw his little sister return home crying. This enraged him and soon he did the opposite of what the children had done to his sister. Instead of using words, he used action and this thrilled him to fight more and more. Though, due to him being enraged, his limitation on the pain who could take had faded, and was able to survive anything the kids brought to him.

    His sister disagreed to this method of handling with those who messed with her after years and years of witnessing everything. Hajime didn't want to say no to his little sister, so he did as she said and took her home. Still, with no education he somehow made it somewhere in life as everything he went through, his sister had taught him and vice-verse. Many of the children who 'grew up with him' as children were jealous and sought out to stop his fun and murder someone important to him; his sister. After seeing off his sister to her last day of school, he headed to work. Shortly after he was five minutes away from clocking out, he then had gotten news of a girl being seen in an alley dead. Finding out this was his sister, he remembered about the book his mother had given him to read, but never found the time. There was no title. Opening the book to its first page, he tried to read it, but all it said was, 'Never feel alone.' Flipping every page to find more, it was nothing but ripped out pages. Angered by this, he had climbed the roof of a school building, and stepped on the edge of it looking down. I can do this.. I can do this! It was what he wanted; to be with his family, and find the missing pages to his book. Jumping, Hajime smiled had turned as he looked up at the last thing he saw; an eclipse.

    Shikai Incantation: "Collide into internal hell, Taiyō no ko Tsukiko!"

    Release Appearance: Released

    Description: From being two twin katana's, to two keys, Taiyō no ko Tsukiko is supposed to symbolize the moon and sun. Though they become shorter, they still strike from the same length as two normal katana's as the rays and the shines of both the moon and the sun extend its reach making it slighlty invisible.


    Abilities:
    1. Piasu tasogare-fū - ピアス黄昏風 (Piercing Twilight Wind) - At the instant of the slash from the moon child , the Zanpakutō, absorbing Hajime's spiritual energy, releases the highly condensed spiritual energy at the tip of the blade, magnifying the slash attack, which flies forward. This slash takes the form of a crescent moon. It can reach up to 10 yards. Available for 1 post and cool down is 2 post.

    2. Shinku no tamashī o moeru - 深紅の魂を燃える (Blazing Crimson Soul) - As Hajime calls out this attack, he sticks the sun child into the ground having a trail of flames come out from under the ground. Though, the flames traveling underground are slightly visible. May travel up to 5 yards of range. Available for one post, cool down two posts.

    3. Shingetsu ga hisonde iru - 新月が潜んでいる (Lurking New Moon) - When calling out this abilities name, Hajime's body becomes covered in shadows and is not seen by anyone as long as he isn't exposed to any direct light. Due to this, his speed and agility are increased, as long as he is constantly moving. But the set back to this is only available when it's night and the moon is covered by the clouds above. Available for two post and the cool down is 4 post.

    Bankai Name: Eien no nisshoku (永遠の日食- Eternal Eclipse)

    Bankai Incantation: "Descend from the heavens and cleanse thy enemies, Eien no nisshoku!"

    Release Appearance: Released


    Description: Both keys have now merged and made this scythe as it resembles an eclipse. It's able to extend 2x the length of Hajime's body. Since he's 6'1", Eien no nisshoku will be able to extend to 12'2" at best.


    Abilities:
    1. Bassuru - 罰する (Punish) - An attack when is only active if a piece of his Zanpaktuo is broken off. As it is said, the broke piece of Eien no nisshoku will randomly, and rapidly attack anyone in its path, no matter who it is. It's very dangerous to do in really small areas, and in crowds with innocence. Available for two posts, cool down is 3 posts. Able to hit at least the diameter of a three story house. (His Zanpaktuo is capable of removing itself as if it was a key strapping onto a chain.)

    2. Sairentogādo - サイレントガード (Silent Guard) - Silent guard is a ability where Eien no nisshoku turns invisible for a short time, and rotates in a circle around the user as it blocks any attack that tries to hit him. Powerful kido above the number of 45 may penetrate this guard. Available for 2 post, cool down 4 posts.

    Hadō:
    1. Shō (衝, Thrust) — Pushes the a target away from the caster.

    4. Byakurai (白雷, Pale Lightning) - The user fires a concentrated, powerful lightning bolt from their finger.

    11. Tsuzuri Raiden (Reading Lightning) - Electric current flows through any object the user touches and is able to lead electricity, damaging any target that is in contact with the object the current runs through.

    31. Shakkahō (赤火砲, Shot of Red Fire) — Fires a ball of red energy at a target.
    Incantation: "Ye lord! Mask of blood and flesh, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Inferno and pandemonium, the sea barrier surges, march on to the south!"

    32. Ōkasen (黄火閃, Yellow Fire Flash) - The practitioner, raising their Zanpakutō horizontally in front of them, generates a yellow orb which widens itself along the length of their sword. Once it is fully charged, it fires outward as a horizontal blast, in a wide arc of yellow energy, at the target. This technique can be launched from the hand instead of a Zanpakutō, albeit producing a shorter arc.

    33. Sōkatsui (蒼火墜, Blue Fire, Crash Down) — Fires a burst of blue spiritual energy at a target in a similar manner to 31, but over a wider area and with more power.
    "Ye lord! Mask of flesh and bone, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Truth and temperance, upon this sinless wall of dreams unleash but slightly the wrath of your claws."

    88. Hiryugekizokushintenraiho (飛竜撃賊震天雷砲, Flying Dragon-Striking Heaven-Shaking Thunder Cannon) — Fires a gigantic blast of spiritual energy resulting in an truly enormous explosion.

    90. Kurohitsugi (黒棺, Black Coffin) — Forms a box of black energy around a target, which is then pierced by dozens of energy "spears", lacerating the one inside from head to toe. Its appearance and function is reminiscent of a common magician's trick, as well as certain torture devices used during the Spanish Inquisition.

    Bakudō:
    1. Sai (塞, Restrain) — Locks a target's arms in place behind their back.

    4. Hainawa (這縄, Crawling Rope) — An energy rope entangles a target's arms.

    8. Seki (斥, Repulse) - Creates a round shield that seems to temporarily paralyze and repel whatever strikes it.

    9. Geki (撃, Strike) — Engulfs a target in red light, completely paralyzing them.
    Incantation: "Disintegrate, you black dog of Rondanini! Look upon yourself with horror and then claw out your own throat!"

    30. Shitotsu Sansen (嘴突三閃, Beak-Stab Triple Beam) - Shoots three beams of light that pin the target to one place on a surface, slamming into his/her body in three places in a shape of a perfect triangle.

    37. Tsuriboshi (吊星, Suspending Star) - Creates a star-shaped cushion of Spiritual Energy, which anchors it to nearby objects with "ropes" of spirit particles. It can stop falling objects, acting like a safety net.

    39. Enkosen (円閘扇, Arc Shield) — Summons a shield of condensed Reiatsu to block opponents' attacks.

    58. Kakushitsuijaku (摑趾追雀, Summoning of the Tracking Sparrows) — Tracks and locates any spiritual force the user focuses on. To activate it, the user must draw a circle on the ground, cut into four parts with a specific character in each. The incantation animates the circle, causing various numbers to appear within until the specific set is found. The number set seems to be a variation on longitude and latitude.
    Incantation: "Heart of the south, eye of the north, finger of the west, foot of the east, arrive with the wind and depart with the rain."

    61. Rikujōkōrō (六杖光牢, Six Rods Prison of Light) — Summons six thin, but wide, beams of light that slam into a target's midsection, holding them in place.
    Incantation: "Carriage of Thunder. Bridge of a spinning wheel. With light, divide this into six!"

    75. Gochūtekkan (五柱鉄貫, Quintet of 1 kan Iron Pillars) — Summons five incredibly tall and thick pillars to pin a target to the ground.
    Incantation: "Walls of ironsand, a priestly pagoda, glowing ironclad fireflies. Standing upright, silent to the end."

    77. Tenteikūra (天挺空羅, Heavenly Rickshaws in Silken Air) — Transmits messages mentally to anyone within an area of the caster's choosing. In addition to reciting the spell, the user must draw specific markings on their arms, which are animated by the spell to convey the messages. The messages can be spoken either by the caster or by another within the vicinity of the caster.
    Incantation: "Black and white net. Twenty-two bridges, sixty-six crowns and belts. Footprints, distant thunder, sharp peak, engulfing land, hidden in the night, sea of clouds, blue line. Form a circle and fly through the heavens."

    79. Kuyō Shibari (九曜縛, Nine Sunlight Traps) - Kuyō Shibari is primarily used to disable. The practitioner creates eight black holes with purple outlines that emit spiritual energy in the personal space surrounding the target, with the ninth black hole manifesting itself in the center of the target's chest. The intended point is to severely immobilize the target.

    81. Danku (斷空, Splitting Void) — Creates an energy barrier in the form of a rectangular wall capable of stopping destructive spells up to #89.

    -Hakufuku (白伏, White Crawl) - The target sees the illusion of purple cherry blossoms falling around them. As their vision begins to blur and become unfocused, their consciousness becomes muddled, disoriented, and confused. Shortly thereafter, the target blacks out altogether, losing consciousness, only to awaken with an unclear memory of what occurred.

    -Inemuri (威眠, Forced Slumber) - Knocks the victim unconscious when the user places their palm in front of their face. For a moment, the victim's pupil's dilate several times before they fall unconscious.

    -Tanma Otoshi (タンマ落とし, Time-Out Drop) - As the user of this technique holds the palm of their hand over the victim's face, white light emanates from their hand, disorientating the victim and knocking them unconscious.

    -Shibireyubi (しびれ指, Numbing Finger) - As the user places a finger in front of the victim's face, a ball of white energy flashes momentarily before their eyes. The victim, immediately incapacitated, falls to the ground while remaining conscious and aware of what is going on around them.

    Other: Hajime is an expert when it comes to the art of the sword. Though, being left handed makes him targeted for those who see this as an advantage for them. Training using the art of the sword, Hajime has tried to learn hand-to-hand combat, and well isn't as good as others, but can stand his own ground. Being as that may be, his agility is outmatched, or it is what he tells himself.

Onto the review! I'll be working my way from the top down, so anything I see wrong, poorly described, or otherwise unusual I'll let you know.

Your biography is really quite surreal, but it doesn't do much explaining on his life after death, merely before it. I'd appreciate it if you added some life after death history so everyone has an idea as to how he became the Captain of Division Ten.

Piasu Tasogare needs both a range and a cool down, but otherwise the ability is fine.

Shinku no tomashi, like Tasogare, needs a range, but is otherwise fine.

Shingetsu ga hisonde iru is... well I'm not entirely sure what it does aside from make him generally harder to see when there is no light. Could you detail this a little more?

Finishing up your Shikai review, keep in mind you can have Five Shikai abilities.

As for your Bankai:

Bassaru is also interesting, but it makes it sound as if his Bankai is purposefully easy to shatter. It's an unusual ability, but the breaking of a Bankai has extremely severe consequences, unless the weapon itself is designed to have a detachable piece or set of parts. I'd like it if this was more detailed. Other than that, the only other thing I have to say about it is it needs a range or area of effect in which it can function.

Sairentgado is fine, except it lasts just a bit too long. I'd appreciate it if you cut the duration of the defense by a post.

I'll keep my review zanpakuto based this time.

Your zanpakuto seems pretty fair and relatively balanced. I will say that Punish doesn't have to wait until his zanpakuto breaks if you wanted to edit that in.

As for biographies, I can understand. Different people have different views on biographies and different expectations. Since your bio does little to affect your role play aside from making sure it fits in with the story and other characters, you're pretty free to edit it at will. If you ever need any help, you can always ask or take a look around at the other bios in the guild.

That being said, welcome, you're approved.
