Mirai glared back at Ryuu, "You would have bent over willingly if I was the image you had in your head." Mirai spat out his words at the boy. He seemed more then upset, almost as if he was hiding something. He turned his body to the side as he kept his face turned towards Ryuu, "Get out."

Anix fled to room as if to hint that Mirai's words should be heeded. This room was more then special to the man and he didn't like even people he knew inside of it. Anix waited outside the room for Ryuu, urging him to come to him.

Mirai slammed the door shut behind Ryuu and locked it. "Your an idiot," Mirai said bluntly as he followed Ryuu back into the living room but didn't try and stop the boy this time, "There is nothing to look up too. There is no hero. You people have embellished the story for years. Put me on some sort of a pedestal. I did horrible things to nice people for a s**t ton of money. Hayate is a fictional character because he sure as hell isn't me. I'm a monster who killed children while they were sleeping and didn't shed a tear. Write that down in your history books." Mirai threw himself down onto the couch in a frustrated huff. He had let Ryuu get to him and he hated himself for it. Why couldn't the world see the evils he had truly committed? Why did they see an angel when a demon was staring them in the face? He hated them for it.

Anix seemed to vanish again. He had wondered off, not really out of fear but he had been distracted by something although with Mirai's display no one was able to notice. He was still a cat after all no matter how old he was.

Mirai closed his eyes as he listened to the boy yammer on. He gave no signal if anything Ryuu said was sinking in or if he even cared but he listened none the less. He stayed motionless as the boy slammed the door and a look of irritation rose to his face, although it was hard to say which part of the boy's rant affected him the most.

Anix appeared once more and sat at Mirai's feet looking up at him with a certain look that he knew Mirai knew all too well.

Mirai rubbed his hand over his mouth a moment before finally noticing Anix and looked down at the cat with an annoyed look. He stared at him a long moment, "Shut up.."

Anix jumped up on the couch and curled up into Mirai's lap. He made himself quite comfortable as he felt Mirai calm down and place a hand on his back.
