Cutlery Skill: Nathan is highly skilled with knives, both in the kitchen sense in that he can cut anything up immaculately in seconds but that he can throw them with an accuracy that would make you think he was trained to do just that.
Master Chef Training: Nathan has an amazing palette and can tell you what's in any dish just by tasting it. He can cook and prepare any dish to perfection, clean seafood, paltry, or dress a lamb perfectly. His technique in any field of food preparing is flawless.

Personality: Nathan is a blunt and honest man who can be rough around the edges at times. He has a quick temper but he's very mild mannered about it as he does tend to remain calm when he's angry. Although in the kitchen it's another story.

Bio: Nathan is known for world wide for his restaurants, 8 of which hold michelin stars an two are on the Las Vegas strip. He has spent his entire life training to become a master chef and acquired his talents at a young age. He is known to be one of the best but his most defining feature is his manner. He is known to have a fiery temper and uses insults and cussing to motivate his line cooks as well as push them up to his standards. If they can't cut it or deal with his persona he finds someone who will. There is nothing Nathan hate's more then cooks wasting food by cooking it improperly when he was told they knew how to cook other then perhaps costumers coming to the kitchen, which they promptly get chewed out. Consequently, outside of the kitchen, Nathan is a well mannered man and actually pleasant to be around. His temperament is his motivational tool and though it seems harsh and vulgar it has pulled out some of the best chefs that now lead his restaurants in his absence. Being a long time friend of Cydrao's he has come to work under him as his Sous Chef out of respect for the man as well as admiration although he treats the line cooks the same way he would at his own restaurant and expects them to meet his standard or in this case what he would think Cydrao's would be. Even though a school would seem a step down from a five star restaurant, Nathan considers it the best opportunity for him to hone his craft further.
