Bio (Up to five sentences minimum): Rumi's mother was a weapon who attended the DWMA in her youth. Being average in every category and lacking any drive to improve, she graduated from the average class without anything unusual to speak of, except that she never got sick once. She was married years later and had Rumi soon after.
When Rumi was 3, she and her mother were kidnapped by blackmarket weapon sellers and her father was outright killed. She and her mother were sold to a witch who was doing experiments on the transfer of inborn abilities and so needed some test subjects. The witch discovered that Rumi and her mother possessed a weak sort of healing ability, so experiments were done on the both of them to try empowering and drawing it out. Rumi's mother died during those experiments, while Rumi was spared a similar fate by the witch getting raided by a DWMA team. Aikawa Coleman, a fellow test subject, grabbed Rumi on his escape and raised Rumi as his little sister.
When Aikawa was invited to study at the DWMA (with all living expenses paid), the school was aware that his little sister is a weapon, but they did not know of any of her abilities. The name "Rumi Coleman" was given to her by Aikawa, she does not know what it was before.
Abilities: (Up to 8 )
+ The blade of the knife constantly leaks a white smoke that has a unique property. Anything organic that is exposed to the smoke is restored to its normal condition. There are two conditions for this. First, the change to condition has to have been either recent or disparate enough to not be considered a part of "normal condition". Secondly, only a small amount of mass can be restored, so if an arm was removed the smoke will not regenerate the arm; it can only reattach and restore it. The smoke does not distinguish between beneficial or detrimental effects, and treats both the physical and the magical. Due to the constant emittance of smoke from the knife any wound made using the knife is healed instantly, making it impossible to kill anything although it does still hurt. Rumi can breath out this smoke from her mouth while human.
+ Extreme Soul Perception - Due to experimentation, Rumi is always aware of the souls directly around her. This soul perception cannot be suppressed, and is potent enough to pierce a witch's soul protect. It should be noted that Rumi herself is not aware of that final bit.
+ Fragile Soul - Her soul and weapon forms are weakened from experimentation, leaving both brittle and easily harmed. Knife form is easily shattered and direct soul attacks are extremely effective.
+ Erratic Wavelength - Experimentation has rendered Rumi's soul wavelength unstable, making it near impossible to synchronize with others. This also renders her more vulnerable to madness effects.
Personality: She is a bit naive, with a habit of trusting people without verification. She is not stupid, however, and carries a bread knife in her skirt at all times to 'discourage' kidnappers and *****. She's very protective of her brother and will dislike anybody who he dislikes or dislikes him. She isn't fond her smoke as it's a constant reminder of her crappy, crappy, crappy infancy; so she seldom uses it except in emergencies. She is not, however, afraid to use it for her brother sake.
