█ HER RACE
The Neathlings had their connection to ELEMENTAL magics severed (water, fire, earth and air) -- their connection to other forms of magic remain intact, but weakened considerably. To make up for this, they've become quite adept using Artificing and Chemistry to make a sort of magitech way of life. It's entirely possible for them to construct potions or some kind of technical device that restores their connection to magic entirely for a limited time (such as the duration of a fight), but there'd probably be a price to pay for that.
Another species that resides underground, the Neathlings have largely remained beneath the surface of Govyr in incredible subterranean metropoli. The origins of Neathlings are a hazy thing - the earliest records they have of their own society date back to the Primal Age, when they were apparently cursed by a powerful Elemental because of some terrible taboo they violated.
They were driven below the ground, and began to craft the Deep'neath, which became their home. They enslaved the Minotaurs at some point, using their brutish strength to aid in digging further and deeper down through the crust of Vahst. By the time the Minotaurs escaped their servitude, the Neathlings really had no further use for them, as the grandest of their cities were already hewn into the stone.
Neathlings are generally cold, calculating and harsh, though the best of them have been known to offer aid to those in true need. The creature that cursed them so long ago blocked off their connection.
To make up for this they're able to absorb kinetic energy in order for there connection with the elements to be stable However, Neathlings have adjusted well to these limits, crafting their society around the sciences. of Chemistry and Artificing. Now they have a healthy culture, and the tunnels to and from their cities are policed by powerful Golems of various designs.
BIO: Valezka Vamraak grew up on the planet Valir - The ancestral homeland of the Vamraak people, and one of the largest planet in the system. Mostly desert, with scattered forests. While a powerful woman with an extensive reach, her life had been filled with dilemma well beyond the scope of a normal Neathling.
In 788 on January the 29th she was born in a rather high class family, never wanting for anything. Valezka quickly learned from her tutors her strengths and weaknesses, and then went about making her weakness nonexistence. At a young age she decided to focus her studies on surpassing everyone and getting past her racially restricted elemental magic’s. Her studies continued to push her head of everyone else with blinding speed, not stopping even as her second sibling came into the world.
As she began to blossom into a young woman is when the first tragedy of her life had come to fruit. Her eldest brother had perished in a cave in while traveling towards another city, it was a trip she was supposed to attend with him, but due to an over powering amount of personal work, decided not to go. The news crushed her sending her into a depression which made her focus on nothing else but work. For several years, she talked very little to the outside world; she continued working, getting closer and closer to her own goals.
Several years later, she was stricken with more bad news, her step father had passed from illness, though it was suspected it was an assassination, and she was to return home to help run the household. Dropping everything she returned to her home to keep everything in order. As much as she had tried, her mother passed shortly afterwards, with what most considered a broken heart. This broke her more, focusing the family legacy on Valezka and her younger sister Zora. Together they kept everything going, Valezka started to perform well at everything pushed in front of her, knocking her out of her depression, if only because it was slowing her down. More and more Neathling’s began to rely on her for help.
It was during this time that she met, Andor, He was also becoming extremely successful in the running of a distant city. They had met at a meeting to discuss expansions within another city and quickly started to fall in love. With everything starting to look up in her life, she began to look more into her studies when she was younger, as she was now an adult woman.
This was when she discovered a way to use her kinetic abilities to trap loose elemental energy and make it into a liquid substance through manipulating the air molecules with her own abilities. She bottled these energies into vials, which give off a specific colored glow depending on the elemental. These could be drunken to allow an elemental breath for a short blast, or poured onto a Neathling weapon to give it an elemental advantage. This put her to the top of her peers, allowing her no further growth, relinquished the power and moved into politics completely.
Valezka Vamraak quickly discovered a deep love for the seedy underbelly of politics, discovering who was truly an ally or an enemy became almost like a game to her. This eventually lead into her ability of being able to tell when someone was lying, from facial changes, to speech stutters and even through feeling someone’s body temperature change. She could also, if only on the lesser more easily swayed people, perform some Empathic Manipulation, changing the opinion if only slightly in her favor. This became an instant attraction for Lord Raihi Reign, who liked Valezka fiery passion. He asked her to marry very quickly, not wanting anyone else to have her.
Together they had a large wedding, and shortly after that she became pregnant with their only child, Koven Vamraak Reign. Not wanting anything to happen to her child, she calmed down in her work, allowing her husband to take most of the control. She spent many years raising Koven Vamraak Reign into a perfect gentleman and shaping him to become a power ruler.
Years later, they recovered, if only because of their devotion to keeping each other alive. While still mourning the death of her father, Valezka's fierce determination pushed her into helping her people once again. She can be seen as arrogant, cold, and harsh, but has been known to be gentle to those that treat her and those she loves with respect. Judgment is passed quickly and though sometimes bluntly, she only does it to protect herself, her family, and the general population.

Standing at approximately 5'9", the most striking features about Valezka, Eccentric no doubt; exotic, definitely. Her beauty spells defiance: eyes the color of autumn's dusk; the darkest blue with a hint of golden sparkle. Even though Valezka often wears royal red robes or dresses with flowing scarves or sashes which disguises her figure, she has a fairly fit and curvy body type which she always modestly keeps covered. The lower half of his face is hardly exposed, mostly just out of habit and of the sake of doing so - she does not spend much time in the open or in the sun anyways. She does possess several scars on her body, the most notable being a long faded one which reaches around her right shoulder.

▶ vigilant, resilient, considerate, dutiful
Valezka has long mastered the art of balancing mind and heart, never letting one overpower the other - because what is a person without both? She has been a merciful leader to her people however she hates outsiders or other kingdom leaders. Quick to respond and act to situations, she has trained herself to always keep a wary and careful eye out for her surroundings and especially others, to a point that she has removed people from danger before they have even realized it. This also applies to how she treats those whom she respects and is indebted to, and those too helpless to help themselves.
Rest assured that anything And is tasked to, as long as she deems it morally and logically appropriate, will be done with the utmost efficiency and completion. She is a master of plans, someone who always follows through with every single step ahead of time, and will never be caught with anything that comes out of his mouth without thinking it over carefully beforehand. As for herself, She has traveled through many lands and types of people throughout his life, and knows how to deal with many experiences that she has encountered before - or apply the knowledge that she has to whatever comes her way. But if it were to come down to himself and others, there is not a question that he would save them first; Valezka knows herself, her limits and her abilities she is well-assured she can get herself out of anything she needs to.

▶ Vamraak's Magic Capabilities
When travelling between realms, Valezka preferred method is through warp portals. It’s quite a difficult process and requires warp points to be established on both destinations. Because of this, she frequently carves runic symbols wherever she goes and places an imbued topaz at the center so she can return at will. The topaz gems aren't too rare, but the imbuing process with alchemy takes some time. This is yet another reason why she spends much of her waking hours tampering with alchemic solutions. Whilst teleportation would be a more feasible mode of travel, Valezka is adamantly against it. Teleportation works on the principle that the atoms within a being are destroyed and recreated in a new destination. She considers this suicide for convenience, thus she rather travel extensively and create warp portals on her way.
ARMOR
Valezka Battle Armor Corset
This Custom Armor Corset built specifically for the Vamraak Commandant , Valezka was made in conjunction to her special orders. She ordinarily lacks armor for prolonged combat use and defense, so in accordance to the war effort, Sartana Aurelius Gear began working on this specific corset made for Valezka with use of her measurements.
It's entire construction was made of the Titanium. It is quite the heavenly boon in Titanium Supplies and Ore, giving to extremely efficient, reliable and powerful gear made of Refined Titanium Ingots. The armor itself is simplistic in nature, made of Titanium to defend against most ballistic projectiles and slashing dangers, however an issue came up during conception about shock protection and heat resistance. The usage of Kevlar beneath the padding and cashmere was made for luxury sensation and for comfort in movement due to it's near clunky form. It is highly simple in usage in where it protects the torso and all major organs, but leaves arms, legs and head exposed. The armor itself feels a bit cunky, but it uses the same Optic Fibers as the M. Breakers in conception for allowing of Magical properties for added defense as well as offense in according to it's user.
II Vector Pulse Rifle Model -01-
In prototype stage and made in a day's worth of full a** breaking work, are a prototype Tonfa that are custom made for Vamraak personnel. More precisely, those who wield Magic. As a self defense weapon, these are perfect for usage in guarding, blocking and overall defensive purpose. Their real output lay in their usage.
M.Breaker grips are made of a special type of velvet like leather that is soft to the touch and easy to maneuver for holding the weapon for extended periods of time. Not only does this make prolongued usage not strain the fingers and hands, but it's real properties allow the magical user to channel whatever form of Magical energy they can muster through it's threads made of Optic Fibers that react to energy from the wielder. The way this setup works is that the velvelt grip is made of a combination of cashmere with several optic fiber strips that carry on towards the 'barrel' of the Tonfa itself. These Fibers are made of a conducter cable that can easily align itself to energy exhibited by the wielder to allow said 'barrel' to radiate energy of their choosing and control, the frame of said piece simply making it look like a firearm. The versatility of the weapon allows it to be used as a mortar cannon for large area spells, a pinpoint precise cannon with a maximum range of 500 yards or large blast laser blast, although all of these attacks are highly dependent on the magical skill and training of the user. If the user is trained sufficiently enough in their use, the data taken under ordinary measures is to be highly disregarded as possible effects and range would vary from user to user.
That being said, the M. Breakers are still in Type -01- stage, a prototype. Their construction is based off Titanium, a simple model of molded and refined Titanium Ingots along with a brass finish at the top in the form of riveting lines for impact and conductivity. The Advanced Alloy Action (( Triple A for short. )) is a new conventional means made by ICON scientists that allow the usage of one base alloy and one material alloy. By using an Ionic Bonding technique, the Material Alloy gains some aspects of the base Alloy, with the base being weakened/strentghened dependant on the Material. In this case, Titanium is much more harder and durable than Brass, allowing for massive withstanding on heat, electrical conductivity, cold resistance and water damage, whereas Brass simply helps conduct electricity better and is quite brittle unless properly refined. By using Triple A, the Brass gains similar properties of the Titanium along with the surprising energy conductivity that helps for infusing strikes with the Tonfa as a whole with more energy for impact as a crushing blunt weapon. Same can be said for defensive purposes. The trade off in this manner is that the insides of the weapon, the Titanium Barrel, is weak to continuous abuse. If the Barrel was to take repeated damage, the inner workings and machinery of the M. Breakers would be damaged and would need to be taken to the ICON Scientists for repair.
Their last trick is the Genetic Resonance. Each M. Breaker Type -01-, even though a prototype and extremely powerful of it's own accord, is attuned to it's testers and users via Genetic Sequencing, meaning that if the user is not the appointed and registered Genetic user, it is nothing more than another painful blunt weapon. It is particularly lightweight and could still deal some damage due to the nature of it's handle, but any augmentation as to magic/energy wise are negated and promptly nullified, making it nothing more than a hollow Tonfa.kers Type

Weapon Belt - She is rarely seen without her weapons belt. On her right, she carries a long sword, imbued with alchemic solutions known as ‘magitech’. The hilt is encrusted with a rare ruby which enhances its power against magical foes. On her left she bares a heavy assault rifle and magazines of red mana. The red mana is particularly potent against sorcerers, conjurers, and other magic wielding beings. It acts as a blocking agent that temporarily bars their summoning abilities.
