Mavi could not believe how her life had gone. She just felt like something had gone wrong and she didn't know why. She was pride less and her best friend had come up missing just before their departure from their old pride lands. The only thing she was grateful for was that she still had her mate, her daughter, and her daughters rabbit friend. She wasn't quite sure where her son was now but he had said goodbye before he left. Her best friend had not and something just didn't seem right about that. She really missed her friend too.The sun was starting to rise on the horizon and her and her family had been traveling all night and hunting as they went. Since she had left the pride she had been using her mate Rahisi's advice as he had been a rogue before he had come to their pride before. He kept them moving at night and resting in the day just to stay out of the heat. With the sun coming up soon they had already managed to find a nice large tree that would provide ample shade for them during the heat of the day. Having found their spot to rest already Mavi was scouting out the area around the tree just to be sure there was no threats near by they did not know of.
She was keeping the tree in sight as she made larger and larger circles around it. She was a good ways from the tree now but still had a bit to go before she would feel sure she and her family were safe.
