 Candy Dandy placed the "be back soon" sign on the door of her shop, locking the handle and scampering away before someone could come up and say "I'll be really quick!" She rarely took a break, let alone a full lunch, but her stomach demanded food.
Her usual location to eat as the park because it provided a nice place to relax. The pink pony picked a table and parked herself at it, pulling her salad from the paper bag and drizzling dressing all over it. As she ate, she phony watched. The park was crowded, and gave her plenty to look at.Frezir So I was thinking that perhaps SS tries and fails to catch a butterfly, so CD tries to help and ends up falling over and making him laugh. How's that sound?

Sugar shine was never far away from his father, but he wanted to try to explore the park by himself. Maybe even bring his dad back a little gift from his day. He giggled as he trotted off towards the park. He had a huge smile on his face as if he was going on an adventure.
Sugar always loved the park. He'd always find something fun and exciting to do. He gasped as he saw a beautiful butterfly that looked like his dad's cutie mark. "Oh I must catch it for daddy! He'll love it!" He said as he put his hooves on his cheeks with a smile.
With a deep breath, Sugar shine began to chase after the butterfly. Tumbling and falling at each attempt at catching it. He landed on his rump after almost having caught it. He gave a sigh as he watched it with a frown on his face.

One particular foal caught her eye as she ate. Not because he was falling all over himself for a reason she couldn't ascertain, but because his hair was a shocking mix of colors. She needed to know who he was!
Her moment came when he finally stopped moving. He looked upset, so she got up off her bench and wandered over to the little colt.
"Excuse me? Are you alright?"

Sugar turned his head to see a very pink pony come walking over his way. He blinked, "I'm alright. I was trying to catch the butterfly for my dad since it looked just like his cutie mark." He sighed as his shoulders slumped down as he turned his direction towards the ground. He looked back at the pink pony with a raised eye brow. "Mind if I ask your name? I'm Sugar Shine!" He said as he finally gt up off his rump and held out a hoof for a hoofshake.

A hoofshake! How formal! Candy suppressed a giggle and took his tony hoof in hers. "I'm Candy Dandy!" she said, shaking his arm vigorously. "It's nice to meetcha! Do you need help?" she asked, watching the butterfly float around a cluster of flowers. "Maybe with two of us, we can herd it into the net!"
