The fourth floor, open to everyone! You must take a flight of stairs to get up here. They circle around the third floor, which no one can see in. There is a window along the stairs which lead upward.

This room is much nicer than the third floor, looking like a fancy entertainment area. There are small three-seater couches located on both far sides of the room, with a table in the middle for members to sit at. There's also a balcony which leads out, for those that want some fresh air. The windows here are also larger.
