Bio: Long before Faust Ignis, the Dragon of Cataclysm (as he fancies himself), there was his mother, Hirori Ignis. She was a pureblood dragon, obsessed with bloodlines and power, to the point of willingly giving her dragon form up to find and produce the perfect child. Before long, she found the perfect mate, a pureblood of the Fire kingdom, like she had once been, and with him created the Tainted Dragon Faust, and taught him everything she knew. Though she was obsessed with power, she was quite the excellent mother, though she failed to fully develop her son's empathy, unfortunately.
Faust grew into a powerful 'mystic knight' of sorts, an armored monstrosity on the battlefield. Wielding a magicked sword and massive tower shield, he had been known to force entire squads of swordsmen to their knees, and hold fortress gates alone, without so much as breaking a sweat, reportedly. He was everything his mother had dreamed of, the perfect warrior, the ultimate knight.
But she had also given Faust her own desire for perfection, and power. And so he set off, to seek the same power his mother once held. And upon finding the dragon's lair, he spoke with calm ease to the ancient being. His task, to continue his path to power, he will not disclose the details. However, as is evident, he proved his desire and motivation to the great one, and was granted his full form.
Now, Faust is the perfection of fire, capable of razing cities to the ground without concern for his well being. He has proven to himself his superiority to all others, but at what cost..
Personality: Truly believes himself superior to all other life forms, short of the gods, other dragons, and the Elder dragon and Demon king. However, he seems to find amusement in the mortal races, and will often toy with them. He hasn't been known to show preference or concern to any of their well beings, but rumour has it he has a soft spot for children, and will be kind to them. Regardless of the truth, no one has yet found him to be overly kind to others.
Though, he has said before he will not defy the gods, nor is he known to be partial to the idea of the Demon King's return.

Natural abilities -
Ridiculous strength given his size and dragon's body muscle mass. Can easily lift up most any human-sized being and toss them around like toys, or smash them into the ground with ease. Can easily crash through most buildings as well, especially those made of stone.
High endurance due to his thick hide and scales, along with flame and heat resistance that practically outmatches anything short of lava or highly coordinated teams of fire-kingdom fire weavers. Though he does take damage and suffer wounds, anything not in the 'weak spot' around his eyes, wings, or back (right above his heart) can be shrugged off for quite a while.
Note: Is still extremely weak to water, and earth-kingdom soldiers would find it easier to strike through his scales.
Flight: Wings. Flies. Somehow defying all logical laws of nature to do so it seems, given his ridiculous scale, but he can in fact fly. However something as strong as a ballista can knock him from the sky with relative ease, if you can hit him.

Fire blast: Produces a massive burst of flame from the mouth, sending it forward to collide wit the first physical object hit. Can be intercepted by powerful magic.
Fire stream: Produces a highly concentrated jet of fire, first forming in his mouth (where a solid hit can cause it to explode in his mouth for some staggering pain) then being released in front of him. It can be very wide cone-wise.
The Fires of Perdition: Actually a combination of his already powerful breath fire and his fire-magicks, Faust concentrates greater flames than any mere mortal can normally produce, creating a brilliant, sun-like light in his mouth. This blast of fire, taking the shape of an orb, is released at the target, causing a blast of area damage. What's more, upon contact, several smaller orbs are released in small arcs, creating much smaller explosions around the initial impact site. This takes up a lot of energy, however, as it forces Faust to combine two exhaustive forms of magic.

Cometon: Faust holds out one hand, creating several small orbs (anywhere between 4-9 at a time) which are then cast skyward. These Magic orbs become fair sized comets of fire, crashing down at random around the area.
Grand Tempest of Flame: Faust holds out one hand, creating a large flame inside of it. He then presses his hand back into the ground, causing massive jets of flame to burst up at random around the entire battlefield. One almost always begins to form underneath someone, however...
Fire Armor: Once used (as a mortal) to protect the body from fire, the spell has been re purposed by Faust for emergencies. His entire body can now engulf itself in flame, burning or even cooking alive those climbing atop him when the fire leaks free. It takes a moment to start up, and is incredibly obvious, however.
Great Chaos Fire Orb: Once one of many fireball-spells known by Grigori as a mortal, Faust still practices the use of two fire-orb spells. The first is this, a large, chaotic fireball launched from the hand after a moment's concentration. Where it connects to the ground, it leaves behind a small pool of lava that dissipates after a few seconds, however the lava can cause intense burning to anything touches it before it dissipates.
Forbidden Sun: A large fireball Faust was once known for, the Forbidden Sun was a star-like orb created in the hand and sent outward. However, the orb is highly unstable, and leaks out fire in a large disk-shape around it, creating a larger surface area to connect with something. Still practiced by Faust, out of nostalgia and hubris of sorts.
Weapon of choice: Claws, tooth, tail, and fire.
Strengths: (At least 3)

- Surprisingly fast for something of his size
- Extremely durable, especially where he's fully scaled

- Could be convinced to give up a portion of his power and return to tainted dragon form, though admittedly stronger than he had originally been.
Fighting Style: Quite sophisticated actually. The Dragon Faust actually prefers to offer choices to those who would wish to fight him, having quite the ideas of grandeur of his station of power. Those who choose to fight him still then find him to be quite the beast. He will often relentlessly come at an opponent, using his massive 'hands' to strike at the opponent, his tail if they try to get behind him, or biting them if he has to physically chase them.
Of course, if he finds them amusing or challenging, he will begin to use both his breath-based flame attacks and flame-spells to liven the fight, along with frequently taking flight to provide distance to charge up larger spells, or amuse himself with aerial combat.
