'ello^^
I more lurk and post in this guild, but I'm currently reading a book called 72 Hour Hold by Bebe Moore Campbell and I think it's really good, in that it portrays the struggle of mental illness from the point of view of a relative (mother) of a mentally ill (bipolar) woman. I found it really...interesting, and thought ya'll might be interested.
Nothing really triggering that I can think of in it. Descriptions of manic episodes, drug and alcohol use, minor scenes of self-injury from a non-main character...references to sexual abuse...but nothing really explicit. But I thought a warning might be good nevertheless.
If anyone else has any book suggestions, that might be cool 3nodding
