"Whyfore you speak in puzzles?" Otieno eyed the strange cub. Stranger still was his ability to understand what the other had been saying. His hackles began to smooth down as Genn found the safety of the cave. He was afraid and jealous of Angelina, but put up with her presence because Genn liked her. And she had been there when Genn had found him. Glancing back at them both, Otieno flicked his feathered tail before trotting off after Genn.

The yellow cub giggled yet again before standing and taking a few wobbly steps forward. "Puzzles fun are. Shows much smartinglys to see them." Mich responded to the cub that no longer stood within hearing. He looked towards the pink lioness and nodded a few times before turning in a circle and walking backwards towards the cave with the others. "Follow follow follow we must to find what is lost."

Angelina watched the dork brigade as they fled to the cave. That wasn't very nice of Genn and she didn't tell him that she was pregnant with his children. Feeling a pain, she lay down far away from the cave and decided to use that to get back at her mate and king. Some days it seemed like she was the only sane one in the pride and let alone the only girl and she was surprised she hadn't gone insane yet.
After giving birth to three cubs, two males and one female she lay on her side panting heavily. Angelina leaned forward to lick the small helpless cubs fondly, they were all hers no one elses. With that thought, Angelina fell asleep while waiting for Genn and the others.

When the pink didn't follow him, Michgran flopped on the ground and rolled over once before jumping up again and racing to the cave that held the other two pride members. "Lady in pink fall and go pop! Lets go PopPop! Go and see what lays round with her." He gabbered excitedly before making a U turn and racing back out to where the queen of his pride lay with the newist members. "Oooooominiatures!!!!!!!!" He giggled and laughed dancing in circles.

When the king took notice that his queen had not followed him he stopped, blinked and nearly started when Mich came running into the cave. The lime green, spotted king's eyes grew large, either with fear or excitment as he dashed out of the cave like a bullet to find his queen. He screeched to a halt infront of her, panting heavily as he looked down at the pile of fluff near her. "K...k...kittens??" He blinked several times before flopping to the ground on a giant green heap.

Otieno's eyes widened and he raced out to follow Mich. "More pink spiders!" he shrieked, though perhaps the brownish one was not too bad, but still scary! He shook out the beginnings of a future lime-green mane and made a grab for the green cub, teeth settled around the back of the neck, and ran off with him back to the cave. "Freeh, Genn! Lun... noh killinsh...thhpiiidrs!" Translated through a mouthful of kitten, Otieno tried to warn Genn of the danger that was not kittens...but scary, pink spiders!
In the cave, he gently put down the green cub and curled himself around him. "Don't worry, I'll protect you from them too, like Genn..."

Being jolted from sound sleep by something squeeling, the decibals told her that it could have been no one but Mich. She raised an eyebrow as she looked at Mich and then Genn, who for some wierd reason, seemed saner but then fainted. And if that wasn't bad enough, Otieno shrieked and grabbed one of her son's from her. She just didn't know what to do anymore and she started to cry out of frustration. "Genn....save me..." cry

Genn, hearing Angelina shriek, Genn came to, his head shaking abit to clear it. He looked at the kittens again, only seeing two this time and he paniced. He jumped up and started looking around for the other kit. "Where did it go?? Angelina did you lose it allready??" He looked down at Mich and then Angelina and then Mich. "Where is it Mich?" He lifted a brow at the little cub.

Mich was spinning in circles when Genn asked him about the missing cub. "Oooooootienooooo ran away way way taking little clone for a ride. Cave cave cave away from the spiders that crawl in his eyes." With that said Mich giggled as he was pron to and then tried to walk towards the cave. "This way this way for the babe." He then fell head first into the ground chuckling still.

Otieno heard Mich's babbling and glared at the cave opening. He skittered deeper into the shadows, pulling the tiny cub with him and curling up around his tiny green form to protect him and keep him warm.

Genn tried to make sense of Mich's babbling, once he had the boy's intentions squarely in his mind he ran into the cave to find his lost kitten. He looked for Otieno and skidded to a stop infront of him. He looked down at the teen with his golden eyes. "Resorted to cub stealing, bro?" He laughed and batted at the teenager's head before looking down at the green clone of himself. "protective much?? You know, My queen needs to feed that little clone..." he giggled and flopped on the mudd covered ground next to Otieno.

Otieno stared up at Genn in disbelief. He could have sworn he had fallen prey to the spider queen's spell. Literally fallen. But here he was... "Nooo," he hissed, "she'll poison him. Better let me feed him instead." His purple eyes practically glowed with feral paranoia.

Picking himself up off the ground and padded over to Angelina. "Help I will anyhow ifins you beckon." He was half way serious for once and it was the first time his giggle was absent at the end of his sentence. He nodded and then laid down almost as if he were guarding her and babies until Genn came back.
