I saw the doctor Tuesday and I was telling him how everything was going fine, but later that day I got my iPod and I was yelling at the computer, talking trash to it and it really bothered me that I couldn't do what I wanted with it. This has been trouble for me before, that is electronics causing me alot of inner termoil when it shouldn't.
Anyways yesterday I had a problem with one song garbling up when I played it. I narrowed it down to the mp3 that was the problem, but the whole time when I was trying to figure it out, I felt so sick inside that I couldn't stand it and even after I figured it out, even today, I feel very sick about it. I'm depressed or anxious about this new little thing. I couldn't stand how I felt and I couldn't find a way to bring myself out of it. I talked to someone online that I know has problems and she thinks that I need a new med or something and I called crisis today(they're calling back in maybe 15 minutes). So I'm trying to decide whether I need to go back and talk to the doctor again even though, I've already seen him.

Sounds like some anxiety issues that a med adjustment may be able to help. Until then, maybe you should lay off the electronics for a while and try to relax with a good book and some tea!
