'Left paw, right paw, left paw, right paw...', the kitten chanted to himself as he went (by now though, it had evolved into a sort of silent little song).
He was determined to take his mind off his rumbly tummy and that overwhelming desire to flop down and take a nap. The kitten made sure to keep careful track of his progress, paying attention to little else aside from the fact that he was getting somewhere. Wherever somewhere was. But better somewhere than nowhere, and that's where he'd be if he wasn't somewhere.
No, it didn't make any sense to him either. But if it sounded confusing enough to confuse him, than anyone else who asked wouldn't know either. So then he'd end up looking pretty smart, and that was just fine by him! Citrus giggled lightly to himself at that -- then pouted because he'd lost track of just what foot he was supposed to be moving.
Without any further ado, exhausted, he flopped right down onto his rear. Okay... maybe nowhere for a little while was okay.

Ajani looked at her. He wasn't sure how much he liked the idea, of two prides Joining together as one.. or as joint two. "Possibly... the idea does seem like it could work... but... I'll ponder it for awile." he said, before pausing, as his flakes twitched. He glanced down, seeing both Kosai and Iniko with them... yet, there was another presence of a kit in his lands. "I'll be right back Anya... you watch the cubs..." he murmured, padding out of the den slowly, before picking up his pace.
His gaze fell apon the form of a little kit, with very fruity colors over his body. He slowed by alot, not to scare the kitten. "Hello there." he said calmly, and happily.

Citrus looked up as Ajani spoke to him, and oddly, didn't look the least bit surprised by the larger lion's appearence. Rather, he grinned cheerfully (if a bit tiredly) back at him. "Hi! Fancy meeting you here in nowhere!" He still back up to a rather wobbly set of paws, tail waving from side to side. "I was sure there'd be no one; and no one in nowhere's the worst kind of nowhere there is, you know?"
He paused thoughtfully, peering Ajani over, then grinned again. "Hey, I like your fur. It's neat."

Ajani chuckled. "In Nowhere? Young Sir, these are the lands of my pride." he said with a smile, then heard his compliment. "Thankyou, yours is quite... neat as well." he said. He'd never been complimented on his coat before... Made fun of, yes, but complimented, no. He chuckled again. This was an odd little cub. "What's your name, young lion?" he asked. "I myself, am Ajani, King of Amethyst Waters." he said.

"So this is a where, and not a nowhere?" Citrus breathed a sigh of relief. "Oh, good! Nowhere's awfully lonely." He'd rather be somewhere than nowhere any day.
The cub looked rather proud at the returned compliment, and lifted his head high. "Thanks! I like it a bunch. Wouldn't want any other fur -- 'specially since I imagine it'd sorta hurt to try and switch it out, seein' as it's sorta attached an' all." He shuddered. Yes, he was -quite- happy with the fur he had now.
"Oh! Nice to meet you Ajani King of Amethyst Waters!, " he chirped, saying it as smoothly as he would one proper, full name. "My name's Citrus -- nice to meetcha!"

"Its nice to meet you aswell, Citrus." he said. "Would you like to come back to the den with me? My Queen and children await there for my return. They'ed be pleased to see another with me." Ajani said with a calm smile. "Plus, dinner awaits there." he added.

"Ohhh, food? Really?" The thought of meeting other young lions like himself was a very appealing thought in his mind. But his tummy was speaking a whole lot louder than his mind was about then, so food sounded even better. "Be glad to! Thanks Ajani King of Amethyst Waters! I haven't eaten anything in, um... "
The kitten paused, lips pursed and quirked to a side as he thought back. "...um... well, a real long time now, that's for sure."

Ajani chucked. "Well, now you will eat... oh, and it's... just, Ajani... I'm not too big on titles." he said with a slight grin, pawing at the cub. He then pondered something, then nodded. He picked the cub up at the ruff, and put him on Ajani's back. "Hold on!" he cautioned, then started back to the den at the run... for two reasons; to get back to Anya, and to give the kid some fun.
