Can anyone find anything about this. I have searched the net, but I can't find anything. What's happening is at occasional random moments I'll have this good rush and I want to get things done and feel good about it. It lasts a few minutes and slowly tapers off for 30-60 minutes. I was told that it was part of having an anxiety disorder, which I do have.

Which Anxiety Disorder do you have? There are many different diagnoses, some of which may or may not include that as a symptom. It sounds pretty normal to me, though!

I get that sometimes. But, I don't think I have an anxiety disorder. I think it's just part of procrastination.

i've got generalized anxiety and yes that is a symptom of moderate anxiety...
basically those good feelings are just the adrenaline rush you have when you experience a panic attack...the reason you feel happy is cos you are being positive about it even if its subconscious
having generalized anxiety means you get bits and pieces off every possible anxiety in some form or other...
the best way to beat anxiety is learn to live with it...turn the negative feelings etc into something more positive,
and dont worry bout having good feelings due to anxiety...i used to get them all the time before my anxiety became extreme...
