Mind bending drugs that are taken to stimulate brain activity for "performance enhancement." Supposedly they help memory and cognition by increasing oxygen or sugar absorption or circulation.

I've never had any, unless you count caffeine! *lol* My Pdoc keeps telling me that antipsychotic drugs enhance cognition and memory, but I find the opposite to be the case. Far from stimulating brain activity, they limit it.

That probably depends on which drugs they are! I'm not sure! Maybe Thorn Apple can tell us!

In Europe, they use piracetam to treat Alzheimer's. I suppose there would be many other applications, although I can't remember reading of any specific instances of it being used for anything...

maybe I could use some. xd
