Viper looked out and saw the sun about to set "Ah man, I was hoping to get more distance before night fall. Oh well." Viper made his way up a big tree. In the canopy he started to make himself a nest to sleep in. "Man I havent had to sleep in the safety of the tree tops since I started traveling with Observer." Viper looked up in the sky "I hope they're all alright."

A few months have passed by. The Avatar tried to warn the Earth Kingdom about the comet, however due to Azula's interactions, the Avatar failed and was seriously injured. Basing Se was conquered by the fire nation, and the Avatar has been pronounced dead. Due to these events, there has been an increase in the fire nation soldiers, causing Viper to have been separated from his friends. Now Viper has been tracking the Avatar alone for the past few months. However to save the Avatar from being discovered as being still alive, he intervened when the Avatar was seen by some soldiers. Due to this intervention he has been separated from the Avatar, and was finally captured by the fire nation. Since Viper is considered as a S-Class criminal of the fire nation, he has been sent to Boiling Rock prison facility. Now arrested, he has lost his friends and the Avatar.

Viper sat in his cell staring at the door. The doors opened as a bell rang issuing the prisoners to exit to head into the plaza for their recreation time. Viper stayed in his cell as some soldiers showed up at his cell door.

"Hey look, the Great Viper, thinks he's to good to take a recreaction time with the other prisoners."

The soldiers laughed with each other, as the made fun of Viper. Viper sat there with the same look in his eyes he's had since he arrived. The soldiers walked over to him as one reached down and picked Viper up by the shirt. He started to poke fun at Viper as Viper stayed limp like a rag doll. The soldiers started to hit him and kick him when Viper laid on the ground. One of soldiers grabbed him by the shirt and started to drag him out of the cell and took him all the way to the plaza. There the other prisoners circled around them making somewhat of a ring for them.

"Whats the matter Viper, arent you going to strike back? Isnt that what Vipers do when threatened?!" Pissed that Viper didnt respond to his threats, bended a fire whip and started to lash Viper, laughing the whole time while hitting him.

Viper looked up and saw that most of the guards were gathering near them. He looked around and saw that their were now few guards on the alley walk above them. He smiled as he rose to his feet. The guard lashing him backed up a little then grined as he bent the whip to lash him again. Viper turned to face him and grabbed the fire whip and extinguished it. With that it started all the soldiers prepared themselves.

"Tsk Tsk, you know that its against the rules to fire bend." The soldier told Viper "Looks like you need to spend some time in the cooler."

Viper took a deep breath, then exhaled a puff of smoke "Sorry...but I'm a little too heated to be cooled down." With that he fired a massive fire ball at the soldier sending him flying. The other soldiers started firebending, but it was too late. Viper ignited his feet sending him flying into the air. He quickly jumped across everyone and started jumping up the wall towards the second floor alley, while being fired upon. He flipped to the alley as he met soldiers charging him. He spun past the first one, grabbing his spear in the process. Using it like a bow staff, he spun it around his neck and smacked two more soldiers as he mad his way towards the gondolas that brought the new prisoners to the little island prison in the middle of the boiling lake. More soldiers came towards him as he continued to run. He grabbed the butt of the spear and held it out completely straight, as a swirl of fire consumed the spear and launched a fire dragon knocking all the soldiers over the side of the alley way. He reached the end of the alley where their was the wires above him that carried the gondolas. He looked back and saw more soldiers heading towards him. He quickly launched himself towards the wires and grabbed onto one of the wires. He spun himself up onto the wire and balanced himself, then took off running on the wire. The soldiers tried to cut the wire before he made it across the wire, but it was too late, he made it to the other side. He looked back down and smiled. He made his way in the opposite direction of the prison, only to see that he was on an island. He ran down the mountain to the empty dock, once their he ripped up one of the boards of the dock and threw it in the sea. He looked back to see the soldiers heading his way. He quickly jumped on the board and launched fire behind him to propel himself. He then started to surf across the water as soldiers fired at him. He dodged the best he could while propelling himself with fire, and keeping his balance on the board.

A few hours later, completely exhausted, Viper sees land. He stops propelling himself and lets the current take him the rest of the way. Once on the beach, Viper collapses from exhaustion, and starts laughing before passing out.

Viper awoke to some loud noise. He looked around and didnt see anything around him, but the noise got louder. He looked up in the sky to see a massive air ship flying towards him. "Well that cant be good." Viper got to his feet and made his way towards the forrest.

Viper heard some noise coming from behind him. He lept up into a tree and watched as a figure ran past. "Wonder who that is. He watched as the figure ran deeper into the forrest without noticing him in the tree.

"oh man, not again" Viper sighs as he gets up "You really want to attempt challenging me again. You lose every time you try, just give it up." Flames surround Viper as he talks. The liquor in the mugs begin to boil from the extreme heat given off from the flames. The other patrons start running in fear.
