Name: Tephan Vargas (Labled as the Viper)
Age: 19
Appaerance: Stands at about 6' 2''. Always wears headband to keep his long, red hair from always flying in his face. Usually wearing black, baggy, long pants with many pockets along with a red sash he uses for a belt. Wears a dirty green shirt that is open in the front. Although he never wears shoes, his feet are hard as rocks.
Family: No Family Relations, Fire nation killed family
Weapon: A hilt of a sword, with no blade, allowing him to make a blade of fire.
Element: Fire
History: Trained by a master Fire Bender, decided that Fire Nation was wrong for starting this war and decided to stop the emporer. Although, being eminsouly outnumbered Tephan was captured and arrested. For this act of treason, Tephan was sentenced to death, although, with his mastery of Fire Bending he was able to escape. For this attack on the nation Tephan was labled as Viper for his ability to strike and flee. Now Viper is marked by the fire nation as a criminal of the state, Also to make an example of this treason, Viper's entire family was put to death for their sons treason. Now running from the Fire Nation, Viper seeks help in stopping his own Nation.

Viper was last heard heading towards the Capital of the Earth Nation, in hope to find the Avatar who is said to be alive and in the Earth Kingdom.

Name: Reia (Ray-a) Namida
Age: 17
Appearance: With tanned skin and bright sapphire eyes the last thing people would expect was for this water bender to have snow colored hair. Least of all extremely long snow colored hair. Luckily she keeps it tied back atop her head, the pony tail ending at her lower back. Her eyes are shaped like almonds and her skin tone is not one usually seen in the water bending race, i.e a very light creamy tan.

Like most waterbenders she wears the colors of blue and white, which represents the color of ice. Her outfits, however, are not quite suitable for her kind... And are of the.... showy persuasion. Her favorite outfit to wear is a silvery white slitted skirt that shows far more of her legs then her race wishes to see with a matching top. Aside from the silvery, silky look and feel her outfit has, there are deigns sewn all along the border in a ice blue color. And because she spends alot of her time dancing, her feet are usually seen bare.
Family: None, she's been an orphan since age six.
Weapon: A pair of matching metal fans, the edges are as sharp as a sword's
Element: Water
History: Orphaned at the age of six, she lived in a home for wayward kids of all races. Yet oddly enough she was the only water bender. Taught how to use her abilities while there, she incorporated her growing skills into dancing, something she had taken to teaching herself. At age thirteen she left to learn something new, having been a rather quick learner, and found herself in the Earth Nation's capitol.

Taken in by a resident dancer, her style was refined into a mixture of water bending and earth bending. Which kind of makes her movements similar to a fire bender's. When she was ready to put on her first dance ever, she was given a set of fans to use as props. Had the fire nation not interfered her perfomance would have gained her a standing ovation. She got one regardless, but that was for standing up to the fire nation after they had killed her teacher.

Now alone at seventeen, she still lives at the Earth Nation capitol as a dancer, having spent the last two years perfecting her style into something her teacher would be proud of. She holds a grudge against most of the fire nation and is quick to trust no one.

Name: Raye Esca
Age: 19
Appearance: Standing at 6'4", he dwarfs a hell of alot of people (Reia especially later as she's uber short). He's dark skinned, as if spending far too much time near the, or playing with, fire with molten gold colored eyes. His hair is the color of dark red wine that comes down to his knees.
His dress definitely sets him apart from other fire benders as he prefers to run around topless. Of course, that's not the only difference. The rest of his attire consists of tight, thigh high, heelless black boots and a skirt (that's right beech, a skirt) that slits on his right side, the slit coming up to the waist band. The skirt it edged at the top and bottom in gold and, like his boots, is colored black.
Family: Alive and well. X3 Biiiiiiig family.
Weapon: None. Save Fire Bending
Element: Fire
History: Has been trained in Fire Bending since he was little, but it wasn't at all voluntary at first. As a small boy, his mother and father found him playing with the cooking fire. Startling him, they almost lost their house. Immediately afterwards, he was taken to see the Fire Benders, even though he kicked and screamed the whole way about it, under the assumption that their son would never have to actually see combat. All they wanted was for him to learn control. But the years passed and soon he was being trained as a fighter and his family was unable to pull him away. As a bit of revenge on the Fire Benders, he intentionally let his appearance take a feminine turn, though the fact of the matter was that he was more comfortable wearing his 'skirt' anyway over the stuffy clothing the others wore.
Because of that and because of the way his Bending appeared more like dancing than usual, he was kept away from missions, despite considerable talent, until a Fire Bender named Tephan ran off. Because the Benders wanted him away anyway, Raye was sent off to find Tephan and bring him back. But he has an ulterior motive- he found out that if he were to capture Tephan, he was going to be retired early from the military and allowed to go home with his family. It seemed that all that was required was that he go on one semi-major mission and then he could leave. So now he chases Tephan down so he can bring the 'traitor' back to 'justice' and go home.

Name: Shirika Avalon (Observer)

Age: 17
Appearance: Standing at 5'10" Shirika stands about average height. He has silvery-grey hair roughly cut falling just above his shoulders. His eyes are bright green. He wears a black under shirt with a grey tunic over top it with bright red trim paying homage to his birth nation of fire. He wears pants that match his tunic. Around him self he wears a blue cloak that has designs etched into it in a rainbow of color. Even though he spends most of his time oust side his skin remains a pale almost sickly looking white.
Family: He claims he has no family, but his mother and father live well as very strong fire benders, but he cannot see them and he doesn't even know about the birth of his little brother.

Weapon: A long bow looking to be made of bone. It stands a little over half of shirika's height. It's center is wrapped in a gold and blue fabric to make a comfortable grip. It has extreamly tense and strong string on it. He keeps it strapped to his back. One odd thing is Shirika carries no arrows.

Element: Water

History: Shirika was born in the fire nation of two fire bender warriors. At a very young age they started training him in the art of fire bending but Shirika could never even control a ember but they continued training him anyway. He is a master in the style of martial arts fire benders use and archery but could never use any fire at all. One of the training area's for fire benders is a small plattform in the middle of a pool so any incedents can be controlled. He was charged with the task of keeping a candel burning for as long as possible. He failed in just a few hours. He couldn't even slow the fire a little bit. He was really angry and sorry, for no matter how much is parrents said they loved him he knew they dissapointed they were in him for having none of their talent. In that moment all the water around him changed and formed into an cage. The fire bender trainers came in to see what all the noise was and melted the ice to get him out. In short order he was exiled from all fire nation citys for preforming "acts of treason" but he was let off from death because he was young. So at the age of 13 Shirika Avalon became observer and has wandered and perfected his water bending skills.

Family: She's an only daughter in a family of warriors.

Weapon: Two staffs with jagged blades at the end of them with strange carvings on them.

Element: Fire

History: Her parents had left to war to fight against the other tribes. She lost contact with them and figured them to be dead. She wanted to join the army so she could find the family she lost. Though the Fire Lord wouldn't let her. She was too weak. She left the Fire Nation to fight on her own and make a name for herself.
Since then, she's been fighting with the Fire Nation Army in a mask that hid her identety. She's known as "Flash Fire" because of her quick battle skills.

Sapphire watched as children played outside the house she occupied. It had once belonged to her beloved teacher before her death and was left in her care. Smiling, she turned from the window and went to finishing her chores of cleaning up after herself and straightening her bed. Today, it seemed, she would be doing more training and nothing more... "Another boring day..."

After three months of hidding from the fire nation, Viper had finally reached the capital of the Earth Kingdom. He walked into the busy city looking around at all the people everywhere. Amongst the people were many earth benders doing normal every day chores using their bending skills. Viper looked around and amazingly enough this city didnt have any Wanted posters from the fire nation, so it was safe to assume that he was safe in this city. He kept walking intill he saw some kids playing, unfortunatly one of the kids accidently hit a rather large fellow. The kid tried to appologize, but the man seemed not to care and grabbed the kid by the collar and lifted him off the ground. Viper decided someone needed to step in, so being the kind of guy he was he tried to reason with the man, though the man just threw the child at Viper. He quickly caught the kid and in quick spinning motion, he set the kid down and turned around to face the man. Now the man was angry, and brought out some of his friends. Viper saw no way around the situation and took his fighting stance, although he didnt want to draw attention to himself, he knew he had to help these kids, it was the right thing to do. The man charged Viper in a rage, and Viper easily spinned dodged the attack and sent the man flying into someones window. He then turned to face the remaining men who seemed very pissed.

Viper stood in his fighting stance when he felt a chill in the air 'water bender' he thought in his head, then the men started to charge but froze in their tracks. Their legs seemed to be frozen, although that didnt stop them, they used their earth bending skills together and started chucking rocks at Viper and the kids. Viper didnt have time to look for the Water bender or to worry about revealing he was a fire bender, he had to protect these kids. In a quick burst, Viper started launching fire balls and hit every rock that was thrown, then in the same motion he slammed his foot on the ground sending a line of fire towards the men then surronded them with fire "Leave NOW." And just like that the men fled. Viper extinguished the fire and turned and bent down to the kids to make sure they were alright, but then he felt all of the eyes of the people staring at him.

Viper padded the kids as he stood up to answer the oncoming kid "Yeah, you must be that water bender that froze them. Not many water benders can use the water from the air to freeze people, so what water tribe are you from?" Viper looked at the kid standing there, then looked at all the people mummering around them "Actually tell me later, lets get somewhere where we can talk."
