Oh this is just great, just so very great, just absolutely wonderfully great.
Could you just calm down for a second.
Calm down! Calm down! How do you think that I could poss... *Layra's voice muffles into silence as Nikkos suddenly kisses her.* That could help.
*Nikkos ran his fingers through her hair.* Do you remember the day she came back. You smacked her so hard that she fell over and than you hugged her until she couldn't breath. Its a good thing that you don't hang around too many humans. Your emotions would destroy them.
But how, how did she not know. She knows how this works, she died once too. Sure she was only a couple hundred years old, but she knew.
And you knew when you met me that I wasn't going to give in to your crap, so shut up. *They look at each other angrily before cracking up with laughter.* Seriously though, you know that you love her far too much to simply stay angry, so why don't you just consider skipping to the part where you actually become useful.
*Layra stood up and looked Nikkos right in the eyes.* Because my dear sir, being useful is not nearly as fun as being difficult. *She quickly kissed him on the nose and ran off gleefully shouting for Chesna.*

Chesna was pacing right behind Ben's computer chair. He was trying to hack into a banks data base to find information about "Alexander Lucifer Johnson" but the computer was not doing his bidding. "Damn elelctronic devices..." He mumbled and gritted his teeth.
Chesna sighed and pushed Ben out of his seat, "You're wasting too much time! Let me do it!" Her fingers flew at lightning speed when the computer finally made a happy ping that let them know the password was right, just as she heard Layra's voice. "What do you want!?" Chelsna yelled back at her.

Chesna took a deep breath and tried not to explode. "Only a few hundred years later you know, just a few, its not like he lied or anything..." Chesna's eye twitched. It had been doing that alot the last 50 years. "Like he could hide this from me...why did I beleive him? I donno. Because I was stupid, yes. That lieing ....*mumble mumble* !@%#! !@%^$& @#$^# (and other choice words) I'm going to rip him a new one..." Chesna had been trying to teach herself not to take her anger out on others, which wasn't going so well. Everytime she didn't let her anger rise she would bottle it up and sooner or later it would explode either as her going beserk or her loosing her control and random stuff would explode, become ablaze, or the like.

(what? could it be? is leah actually posting? and has she truely forgotten how to use a shift key? but she's using question marks! oooo and an exclamation point! what now!?)
You do realize that if you keep that up, people are going to think that your crazy. *Layra burst out laughing.* And I may start to think that I've rubbed off on you and we can't have that now can we or I'll start running around saying, "We're all mad here" and then where will we be?
*Nikkos came inside.* So, how's it going? *He could tell by the looks that he just recieved that he had asked the wrong question.*

Chesna glared at Nikkos and rolled her eyes at Layra. She took a deep breath and tried to think calming thoughts. "Ok, I know that Alex is alive and Lucifer used the name I picked. She apparently runs a bank in California. I have no idea where to go from here..." She looked at Ben and he looked just as she felt: lost and confused.

Yeesh child, I just didn't want to be all like 'well...let's go see him then' and have you be all like 'WHAT! Go visit the evil b*****d who stole my child!' *Layra shrugged.* "You try to difuse a situation and people all go crazy on you," *she said at the ceiling as she flung her hands in the air and wondered to the back of the room.*

chesna started figiting she had no ideah what to do. She needed to get near her daughter, he was after all her flesh and blood. "Layra! What do I do?!"
