"Well now, Raven," Luc chuckled warmly, "Would you like to join my magic show?" Magician entertainer extrordinaire, the silver-haired youth of seventeen made his wallet happier with small-time shows. Usually only enough to refuel his motorbike and grab a bite to eat, the teen had found himself drawn more and more frequently into the world of Pokemon Meds.

"Why don't we get her out of there and into a fresh set of clothes?" Luc smiled, pulling his gloves snug against his wrists. Although his own magic defied logic, the snowy young man was never unamazed at the rate of healing of a Pokemon Center machine. Within hours, even the most traumatic of wounds could be healed into scarless abrasions and tender flesh.

Taking up the clipboard once more, Luc smiled warmly as he pressed it to the glass sphere containing the girl's floating form. "You're official!" He laughed softly, looking the girl up and down for a moment where she lay in the fetal position in her bubble, "And naked..." With another laugh, the silver-haired youth tossed the clipboard to Chancey, who scampered to catch the projectile.

"I'll play fetch while you ladies drain our friend's bubble," Luc grinned, sliding his hands into his pockets before retreating towards the storage for a fresh wardrobe. Pausing in the doorway, the youth looked over his shoulder with black, white-pupilled eyes. "Say, what size are you?" He teased with a charming flash of silver teeth.

Producing a can of root beer from a seemingly empty hand, Lucius gave the item an inviting dangle in front of Raven's eyes before twirling the can to disappear in a flourish to be immediately replaced by the official clipboard. Scrawled cleanly across the top of the first sheet in boldened subtype, was the definitive name, Raven. "I could give you the ol', 'I'll teach you how to boggle the mind, and rewrite reality with illusion,' schpiel, but I think I'd rather cut to the chase," The silver-haired youth smiled, tossing the clipboard back onto a countertop before reproducing an open can of root beet for the girl, offering the can as he continued.

"As a Ranger, I pretty much blow through town to town, and you will certainly not find your home or—save me the sob story of orphanism—a place where you can fit in moping around a Pokemon center in the middle of Syo territory," He nodded, regarding the officiate title like a play thing. Rangers, much like Mercenaries, Outlaws, or Vigilantes, took their lives by the reigns, and through several harsh tests by the government, became a law unto themselves. Although Rangers very rarely participated in Pokemon Training, they were none the less prestigious on this side of the globe.

Shaking his head slightly at Nurse Joy's involuntary swoon at the mention of his title, Luc sighed before turning back to the girl. "Let's start this over," He chuckled softly, offering up a black-gloved hand, "I'm commonly referred to as the Renegadius." Laughing softly as Joy collapsed in a startled Chancey's arms, the wintery-maned teen checked his pocket for loose chain cumulative to a bottle of cold water out in the vending machines in the waiting room.

As wide as the Rangers were known, amongst the highest of the ranking individuals rested the mysterious Renegadius. Although the name was spoken across whispered voices, everyone knew something of the man behind the mask. For whatever cause, the Renegadius always got his man; His last nefarious capture had been none less than Giovanni himself.

Noticing the slow inclination of the girl's neck, Luc planted a firm hand against Raven's shoulder. "If you keep going through clothes like that, we're going to have to find you a warehouse," the youth smiled. "Besides, the last place I'm going is anywhere near Syo. Their lab complexes have turned into fortresses, and personally," Taking the girl's chin between his thumb and forefinger, Lucius directed her gaze back to his eyes, "I'm not too fond of living in a bubble."

Placing the can of cold root beer between Raven's spreading fingers, the wintery teen folded her hands around the cylinder before leaning back comfortably against the counter, arms crossing against his chest. "I guess you could say I'm job hunting right now," Luc nodded, looking up into the overhead fluorescent lights with black, white-pupilled eyes.

"Yeah, they'll do that to you," Luc sighed carefully brushing his fingers through his hair, "Even if their institute out here's been destroyed, I wouldn't stick around in your condition. They've probably already began their plans for repairs." With a short step, the teen flicked on a nearby television, which immediately brought up a picture of the news.

Several helicopters whirred through the smkoing air as ground reporters massed around the site. A few people wearing blackened lab coats sat off to the side, huddled together as they stared off into oblivion. As the leading cameraman panned out, the scene centered itself around the communal Syo center... Or rather, what had been the center. Many of the wings were still choked by smoke, and hungry flames leapt up from the ruined building. Shards of glass littered the grass, as though some great explosion had left the building shattered. The sirens of emergency vehicles thundered as the small town Squirtle Squad attempted to douse the raging inferno that had swallowed the Syo building.

"If you'd like to wait around for that repair, I suggest you don't follow me," Lucius sniffed, setting the remote down onto the countertop with a light click. Turning without further conversation, the silver-haired youth pushed open the room's door, heading out towards the waiting room.

Closing his eyes against the pleasant blast of warmth from the sun, Luc tugged his black leather gloves snug against his wrists before reaching up to fluff out his hair. From their prolonged stay beneath his mane, the teen's long, pointed ears had begun to cramp slightly. Giving each projection a smoothing rub-down, the youth fished into the pockets of his jeans for the keys to his bike.

Designed for city streets, the sportbike aptly named Stringray could break on a dime, and kick zero to sixty in less than two seconds. "Aren't you a little big to be riding piggyback?" the Renegadius laughed softly, reaching beneath the seat for a black, silver-trimmed pokeball.

"Huh, you'd almost think they'd have TV's in there," the teen sniffed, tossing the ball over his shoulder as he leaned into the bike to draw out an ebony helmet. Sliding his hair back into a small bunch, Luc slid the item over his eyes before tugging it back across the rest of his head, snugging the protective item with a few twists.

Crossing his arms, the silver-haired youth leaned back against his bike to wait out the 'capturing' process. 'City limits aren't more than five minutes away. After we pass the line she should be able to go airbourne...' He sniffed, no more fond of the tight spaces than Raven.
