I was going to put this in the thread, but I'll try here first. :3 Has anyone tried any of the Red Teas that are around the grocery stores? I read in Newsweek that it has a sweet taste, so it's attracting people who usually don't like tea, due to it's 'bitter' flavor. I'm considering getting some, if I can find any /without/ cinnamon. The name suggests the spice.

I'd like to suggest the Stash tea company's Wedding Tea. I bought some not too long ago, and it's become one of my favorites.
In essence, it's green tea with melon bits, it's very sweet and makes you feel cooler as you drink it. It's loose leaf, so you're most likely to find it on their website or in their catalog (I've never seen Stash loose leaf in stores, sadly), but I'd say it's worth it.
Another good pick is their orange passionfruit green tea. So good, so naturally sweet.
Regarding red tea (a few months late, I know): Red tearooibos is pretty good, and (unless it's Red Chai, which I think Bigelow and Celestial Seasonings make, and the Republic of Tea, too) definitely won't have cinnamon. I'd suggest trying it plain first (no sugar or flavors), I made the mistake of trying the Republic of Tea's "Good Hope Vanilla" rooibos, didn't try it again until I bought a box for my collection. I think rooibos is best plain.
People! Let's talk tea!

Thanks for the suggestions, Sima Liang!
yeah! talkin' tea!
I would like to suggest Wenshan Baozhong! This tea is amazing and perfect for spring. It has a really light flowerly taste, not as strong as say, a formosa oolong. Highly recommend if you can get your hands on some!

I've tried some if we're thinking of the same thing... it's pretty good but the kind I drank was flavored with fruit juice, and it kind of overpowered the rooibos.

I've had red tea, but it's not my favorite. I like loose leaf tea, and red tea is hard to strain out. There's always a ton of it in the bottom of my glass. But if you mix flavored red teas with greens, it's very good. There's one tropical rooibos I used to get from Teavana if you're mixing tea.
Has anyone tried those yixing pots and cups? I want one, but I've never tried it before
