Okay, so I've finally met my goal weight for the Air Force and I'll be processing in February once my recruiter comes back from TDY. For those who have gone through processing at MEPS, what should I expect?

Not sure if you've gone, yet (probably have) but for those who wish to join and are questioning the process which one will be subjected to, here it is.

Be up on time and have your ID at the ready. You need it to get on the bus, the shuttle, in base, in line, and almost every step of the way. Guys, wear boxers. You will have your weight checked a few times. You will have blood drawn. Someone has to watch as you urinate in a cup for a drug test.

Regardless of what a paper says, do what you are told.

On the Health Q&A sheet, make sure you READ the questions before checking off 'no' for everything. ONE QUESTION ASKS "ARE YOU IN GOOD HEALTH?"
If you say "no" it might mean you have to start from the beginning.
Make sure all of the dates on your paperwork match or you'll have to go back to your branch office and sit there until they get around to printing you off a new copy.

I've gone through quite a bit of this, myself.

Also, if you have one of those room-mates that doesn't get out much: Beat them over the head with a shovel until they shut up. You both need your sleep.
