In The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, there's a girl in Hyrule Castle Town by the name of Agitha. Princess Agitha. She loves bugs and asks you to collect some golden bugs so they can attend her ball.

Whenever you give her a bug, she says [I must say, kind of creepy] little things to the poor bug, before giving you Rupees.

If you have the game, you definitely have to meet her! ^-^

Well of course it's not right-off-the-bat lolita, but I think it's the LoZ version of one. Games like LoZ would take a fashion style or something and twist it up to have it blend with the rest of the game character's styles.
