Easy and quick. Amounts are approximate.

1 lb precooked sausage (like Hillshire Farms), cut into 1/4" rounds
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp mustard
3/4 c water

Heat honey, mustard, and water to a simmer, stirring to combine. Add sausage rounds. Simmer over medium low heat, stirring regularly, until sauce has reduced to a thickened glaze, around 10 minutes or so. Serve. Be careful, it's really hot.

You can add more honey or mustard to the sauce in the beginning, or a tbsp of fruit jelly to vary the flavor. Different mustards will also give different flavors.
