I have a question about how to make DA icons...
I'm pretty sure I need some kind of stupid software, but how do I make them...Kind of blink, ya know? The moving ones?
Like that? Anyone know?

I've been meaning to ask someone that.
And when I did, no one replied. I don't think many of my friends who read my journals know how. =O

I used Jasc animation shop, but my free trial expired before I got dA crying . I have no idea where to download animation shop sweatdrop
