Is fanplusfriend.com a rip off? I fell in love with a gothic lolita dress on there. My mom won't let me order it since she thinks it is a rip off and doesn't like it. So I'm trying to prove to her it is not a rip off in any kind. But I really need to know so I can get the dress. Is the site a rip off?

a rip off as far as what? its obvious they are a legitmate store, even if they have some engrish all over the site.
the only way they are a rip off is in design. they have some rip off meta's and my freind tells me they take patterns from "homemaid and gothic lolita" and used those for thier lines as opposed to making thier own designs. Im not big on the brands any more so who knows what other dresses have been duplicated.
I dont care though, quality is good (uve heard) and price is better.

OMG your mom is on drugs or something to be trippin like that
100 dollars for a dress [especially dress sizes that go up into 20s] are PRIME DEAL!!
It's the best price ever, dresses like that from Japan stores are like... 300-500 s**t! X_X oh man, your mom doesnt know a good price if it bit her on the a**. X_X

Fanplusfriend is excellent. (: Also, they have said that they have collaborated recently with "a known Japan brand" to upgrade their equipment and materials, so their quality should be improved even more. I liked the quality of their garments before, even. As long as you know how to measure yourself properly, the clothes will fit perfectly. 3nodding Sometimes, they take a little bit to respond to email, but I've never waited more than a week, and it was for a commission quote, so I understand if they needed some time to calculate material costs, etc. The materials are sturdy and the sewing is professional. 3nodding And the prices are pretty good. If you want, I can take some photographs of what I've bought from them so your mom can see. ^^
I also trust them enough to have them make my pageant interview suit this year. (A replica of a Victorian Maiden design, tee hee...) blaugh

I have a dress from fanplus friend-- their quality is quite good! make sure you tell them all the measurments you could possibly think of though, and do it in centimeters just to make it easier on them. mine has a bust that's too big. >: but the rest of the measurements are perfect and the quality is great!
I think that the little Chinese seamstresses just couldn't believe an american could have such tiny breasts. LOL!
