Morgy picked Morty up and cradled her as Aear got their bowls ready and she nodded, taking in the delicious smell of the stew, feeling her tummy rumbly a bit. But she fed her daughter first, grabbing the smaller bowl and blowing on it to cool it off. Once she felt it was cool enough, she brought the edge over to Morty's muzzle and got her to sip at the broth carefully, smiling when the baby grabbed at the bowl with her smaller paws.

Keeping his eyes raised to see that the ladies were eating Aear huffed softly in satisfaction when they were. As his own tummy rumbled the sailor chuckled and dipped his muzzle into his own bowl with a pleased & low growl.

Morgy refused to eat until Morty consumed at least half of her bowl. She then put the small bowl down and burped Morty, settling her down into her lap and then picking up the bigger bowl, starting on her own stew, "Mmmm, Aear this is quite good!" she complimented.

The male grinned, clearly pleased. His blue tails wagged happily behind him. "Ah! That does my heart good te hear, that it does! I know it's not much to look at, but I'm glad the taste can please ye."

Morgy nodded and kept eatting, bouncing Morty in one arm. Once she was done, she set the bowl down and then cradled her baby in both her paws and rocked her gently, humming and gently grooming the top of her head.
Morty yawned as she was rocked and she rubbed at her eyes, slowly going off into her nap time. She nuzzled her mothers blood covered fur and purred happily.

Aear cocked a brow, grinning. "They do go to sleep so easily when their little tummies are full, don't they?" His voice was pitched low, so as not to disturb the sleeping kit.

She nodded, still rocking her baby, "Yes, they don't become fussy before taking a nap. I think it's best if I take her home, it's best I check up on Mami and make sure her father and mate are going out of their minds with worry." she exclaimed.

He nodded. "Aye... I'm sure that's the best fer the lass." As one accustomed to it Aear gathered the empty bowls & took them to the sink, letting the water fill them so they would not stick then double checking that he had turned off the stove. He had.
"Will ye be okay taking her home asleep, Mogana-lass? I can escort ye there, if ye like. And if ye think yer Amun-lad won't mind." He chortled mostly to himself and gave the bloody angelic a light wink. Even were they not mated and Amun had an interest in her that the sailor knew about he would not try anything. He had his code, after all.

Morgana simply shook her head, shifting Morty onto her back, "No, I have flown with Morty sleeping on me before, I just have to take it slow. Besides, I am sure someone at your home misses you." She made her way out of the kitchen, keeping her wings folded up to make sure her baby didn't shift about on her back.

He nodded, slightly disappointed though not overly so. Then his ears fell in soft dejection -an odd sight on the usually carefree sailor. "Aye or nay it matters little." Aear murmured softly, not really minding if she heard but also not speaking for her to hear specifically either. Oh, he was sure they missed him enough... but...
He gave a shrug, allowing his tails to start to wag in a happier thought. Valefor & Seer always seemed to miss him. That was certainly something. "Ye take care of yerself and the little lass, Morgana-lass." Aear said in his usual jovial voice as he padded beside her then passed to open the main door for her again with a flourished bow as if nothing had happened. Surely the flirtatious glimmer back in those russet eyes left no clue. "And tell yer mate Amun I said hi when next ye see him, Aye Lass?"

"I will, and it was good to see you again Aear." she said, stepping outside. Then, flapping her wings carefully, she took off into the air, heading home with her precious cargo on her back.
