I ordered a dress from btssb. Four days later, I got a reply from someone working at btssb, though the e-mail address was different from the main store's. The person told me that something had gone wrong with my order (something about japanese vs. american encoding) and to send it again. So I rewrote the orderform and sent it back to the person who had e-mailed me; NOT the e-mail address they telll you to e-mail overseas orders to on the site.
It's been about... 3 days, and I haven't gotten a reply.
So, did I e-mail the wrong person?
My reasoning is that, since I already got to what I assume is the second person who handles these things, they ought to reply faster, because I assume they'd have less messages. But this is my first time ordering, so maybe I was wrong.
I really, REALLY need to know REALLY soon, because I'm going to go on vacation in about, oh, 11 hours, and I don't know if I can access the internet from where I'm going. > <;;;

thats just because its the weekend right now. You should get it either today or tomorrow. dont worry sweetie. I did the same thing FREAKED out when it took 4 days for them to email me back about my dress. But it was like a weekend when I sent it

I wouldn't know excatly how to handel this as i've never ordered from Baby...but one tip is always email the actual addresses' on the site to just check that the email you're getting is right. Japan has a lot of hackers and bored geeks so they will gladly steal your cash. I'm NOT trying to freak you out and please don't lol, your porbably fine tbh.
I'm sure it will come through soon, please post pics when it does!! whee

I did end up getting the e-mail today...but they had by price calculated wrong by over 20000 yen. > <;;;;;; GAHHH.
