I am an anime fan and I think it would be fun to see an anime show based on Harry Potter! ^.^ I would watch it all the time.

Its a good idea though Anime are made by the japanese. Would they be able to pull something British style for their Anime? And since Harry Potter is so popular, if the director made one mistake, the whole fan community would be in a uproar.

Well at least then we can have every single detail that the movies missed out, and there won't be shrunken heads, or singing toads. -___-

I liked Cuaron's movie the best actually. It had alot of style. And there's nothing wrong with shrunken heads.. (We could all use a bit of an ego deflation everynow and again)

for the sack of the avid Harry Potter fans out there... PLEASE, NOOOO anime of HP..the movie sucked so why kill us with an anime series...

It's an interesting idea, but if it was a pick up on were the books left off that might be more interesting or a normal time in the wizarding world, like Draco or soemone being a headmaster. (like Ron or Harry)

I've seen Harry Potter fanart done in the anime style, and I think it looks really good! I wouldn't mind seeing it as an anime or manga. I think it would allow J.K to expand on the books, and go further than the book series allowed.
