From what I remember, the Christmas episode was cut slightly for continuity changes. If you visit the Scary Monkey Show website, URL:

...and check out the Episode Scripts listing, you can find the uncut version of the final episode. Not much was cut out, just a few things here and there that wouldn't have really contributed to the continuity of the episode's plot itself.
So don't worry. You're not missing all that much.
